For some more precise information, since you seem interested.
Cashfall is generally in the 233 range from what I've seen around here. This should be the very end of the print, and I'd expect the winner to have shown up before this, more likely somewhere in the 220s. The last winner should be between around 204k and the end of the print. I'd be surprised if it goes very much higher than where it does now, but who knows.. FL does some weird stuff (see that in a moment with Flamingo). There is one missing, somewhere in the 100k range. I've not bothered to get a list of claimed prize book numbers. Maybe some retailer has it stuffed in his safe, returned it, who knows.
WS: Should be after roll 254k or so. Off the top of my head, I don't recall where this game is right now in the print but since I know I checked the roll numbers recently, and I still play it, it must have checked out - even if I don't recall the current print area.
Flamingo (the old one, with 1 prize left): This one is weird. The print is currently around 204k .. I'd have expected the print to end right around 198k though .. so this one seems to have more skipped in that normal, maybe cause of the different printer .. who knows. Anyways, I'd think this game is really on the way out and the last prize shoud be in the last set of the print since the fifth one was claimed in 2015, a year after it started, so I wouldn't expect (though I'm only assuming, since I have not gotten the book #s of winning prizes) the 5th prize was from the end of the print.
Margaritaville: The 6th prize, if it wasn't tossed out or destroyed, should be somewhere between 138500-166300 - and I think it's currently around 153k .. so right in the area I would expect it.
As few assumptions are made as possible to help to avoid errors and bull<snip> guesswork... No winning book #s were requested, so anything regarding those above an assumption is made on. The print range assumption is made based on what's been seen with other games, so while it can't be known for sure, it should be very close. A winning ticket can be anywhere in a print range, near the end, near the beginning, smack dab in the middle ... but at least you can feel fairly certain that any of the above games are currently in the right range (assuming your retailer isn't using an old ass book).
