I played Money Money a few times this week at 4 different places. It seem streaky. Bought 5 one time, won like 4 out of 5 with one being $50, Played another time 5 straight nothing. Then, 3 out of 5 just barely over even. Then, played 10, with only one winner of $5.
I might give it a try, I believe the Exxon owner near the house said it was $300 for $5 tickets. if the odds are about 1 in 4, not as good as 1 in 3 just not as good as the $20 tickets.

I'd say keep going with the $5 Money Money Money, an maybe try some of the older $5 tickets like Cash Fall or Winning Streak. I feel like those two are due for a top prize hit. The $5 Wheel of Fortune would have also been one of my recommendations, but it had another top prize found on it recently.
The printed odds may make it seem like $25 and $20 tickets are better, but not by much. 1 in 2.88 isn't much better than 1 in 4, in my opinion, especially when you consider you can buy 4 $5 tickets for every $20 ticket. The more expensive tickets have big winners ($100, $500, etc) more commonly of course, especially since each $20 book is almost guaranteed to have a $100 winner (unless it is a minimum payout book). I can say from person experiences playing through the bigger tickets and being crushed, however, that while those big wins may be common the losing streaks on the more expensive tickets can be just as nasty. My worst losing streak was 11 duds in a row on the $20 Lucky For Life ticket. I consider that a traumatic lottery experience, lol.
I've seen some big winners on $5 tickets before. During my first lotto district office visit to claim a $1000 winner, I walked in proudly and handed my ticket to the representative after filling out some paperwork. I got in a conversation with another guy there who told me he won $10k on the $5 Flamingo Multiplier ticket. I looked up the odds, and saw it was 1 in 120k. The odds of hitting 10k on the new $20 Gold Rush is ironically 1 in 120k as well. Then again, most $20 tickets have slightly better odds of hitting $10k prizes (Gold Rush Doubler is an exception since it's prize structure is built around the really good $500 odds). The odds of hitting a big win like $500 or higher aren't bad on $5 tickets.
I only bought a book of $5 tickets one time, and I was lucky enough to get $295/$300. I played through the $5 Escape to Margaritaville ticket, and did well on that book because there was a $100 winner. On most $5 tickets, however, the odds of hitting a $100 winner is about 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 books.

So 2 50x books down and not good..both minimal returns with a pain in the butt experience to buy both. I'm not talking about losing $800 but just the events around two separate stores in the same day I thought maybe it was worth the effort..I was very very wrong lol. Idk I feel like three top prizes are gone gone gone and the lottery wins again folks. Oh well..my luck is in the tank except the Virginia raffles and the 1 $500 hit but besides that I am getting burrrnnnned!

@Dracos, when you say older Cash Fall And Winning Streak about what numbers should I look for ?
Can you tell what kind of big prizes are still out there on Money Money Money and some of those other $5, maybe concentrate on those guys ?
I think this morning I will go back and get a Money Money Money roll or two( if they are $300 like he said)
Im new so I believe the number on the back of my the Gold Rush Doubler was 0384561, now when I was in Fort Walton Beach the other day, there was one friendly lady clerk( most don't like to talk) at the Circle K and she said a lady in her neighborhood won $5 million on the Gold Rush Doubler, can you tell if that is correct ? If so, that makes two big winners in the little area I'm circling most days. The other was a $10 ticket( $2 million winner) at a Tom Thumb just a few minutes from the house in East Milton.

Another win on the $600M Gold Rush. Again on 00 with the same 5X multiplier. This is the strangest (and luckiest) coincidence I've encountered playing scratch-offs for the past 5 years. I have won more $500 prizes in the last 2 weeks on the Gold Rush games than the previous 5 years combined. In fairness, I never won a $500 prize on the Gold Rush games until last year and SM and $2M JP have taken big bites out of the wins. And, nice wins Risky.

I played through 2 rolls of 2MJ books 271k, and 275k from Niki Food Mart in Oviedo.
Roll 1 - $300/$600
Roll 2 - $445/$600
Finished off another partial roll (9 tickets) at Anthony Food Mart, $30 back. I've heard what's currently out there on SM is the remaining supply, which begs the question, why isn't the game ending like 2MJ or HG (which has almost 3X as many books remaining)?
Played through a 705k, 716k at a Chevron here in Gainesville on SM. Finished those off, about 70% back. Grabbed the rest of a 722k SM book from Anthony Food Mart today, will post if there's anything decent from it.
Between myself, and some other LP posters who have been playing 2MJ and SM...I'd estimate at least 6-7 less books of Super Millions and 4-5 less 2MJ as of the past 2 days.
@ Ronnie - Sorry to hear about the bad rolls. I think it is disgusting that those 3 prizes are remaining on that game, it seems like it is followed 100X's footsteps.
@ Dreamer - I'd say 220k+ on Cash Fall, and maybe 270k or higher on Winning Streak.
@ Gators - Congratz, you've been on fire lately! Perhaps this is a sign you aren't meant to play the old games. You always seem to do well on $25 Fortune, and Gold Rush games.

Thanks, I did find a place with #266499 with Winning Streak, bought 14, did the usual number on me that $5 do, reduced my money to little less than half. I guess #266499 is close enough to 270K, might buy the rest they have since my last ticket was #48

Hello fellow scratchers! I have finally read through all 376? posts and decided I wanted to join in on the conversation. Very interesting info. I just started playing scratchers in November (2 months ago) and have had mixed results. Ran into what I think was a great roll of the 10 Mill Fortune scratchers (at $25, brutal, lol). but I think it's a hot roll. Won $100 about 5 times with $50 wins here and there. Between me and one other guy we almost got the roll finished. I have to wonder is there a big prize in one of these rolls? I figured there should be a moneybag or at least a $500 prize somehwere and I am close to finishing the roll. What do y'all think? I'm in Panama City.Dracos, I have your "luck", lol. Unfortunantely never hit more than $100 on any scratcher.

Picking up on the vending machine issue from the other day, I've ran some numbers and I think its clear that a good chunk of the missing 10,000 rolls are from the rolls that the FL lottery picks up out of the vending machine to replace with the newer games. Publix (782 locations), Winn-Dixie (200 locations), Wawa (100 locations), Race-Trac (100+ locations), Turnpike Service Plaza's, Pilot/Love's/TAs, and others I'm probably missing. there's probably close to 2,000 vending machines. And when new games start out in them, they usually have more than 1 slot, maybe 2 or even 3 to start off with.
So here's an important question. At the time 2MJ and SM were being removed out of vending machine slots to make room for more games can anyone confirm that the lottery had released rolls in the 250-277K for sale? Also have to take into account that the removal may have been gradual. Some new games get 2 or more slots in the machines which both SM and 2MJ might have had at one time, then lost one of their slots to newer games before being taken out completely. If they did, then we may be chasing a ghost with the remaining supply because the odds are a lot higher it got picked up and destroyed.

Wow never considered that...might have saved me some money lol. Thankfully Dracos hit the 100k so we at least know that between him and Adam that it is still possible to get a big win but again probably a lot harder.
As for the fortune tickets I would take the money and run lol. It's all random so there's a good chance that roll is done paying out and you would just be giving the money back. I am noticing better returns in bigger cities which makes me want to stop playing in Ocala and smaller towns but that's just a personal opinion really lol

Sad part is I had a system going where anything over the cost of the ticket is profit (obviously) so I was supposed to be putting that back. I couldn't afford to play the rest of the roll without cashing in the the winners and continuing playing. I still have a strong, nagging feeling to go back to this gas station and finish out the rest. What I did notice with these particular rolls is that every other card on the alternate roll was a winner of some sort. I played off two rolls at once, For example, if number 014 was a winner on one roll 014 was a loser on the other roll. My question really would be is there a definite moneybag or a big prize on the rest because I'm seriously considering going back tomorrow and buying out the rest of that roll since I've never seen the Ten Mill Fortune play out so well like that! Needless to say there were a good number of duds, of course, but I have a nagging feeling there's a big winner towards the end of the roll.
I like the $2 games now and I play a variety of them. I like Double Deuces, Fast $100, Monopoly (although I don't seem to have the luck for Monopoly) and Loteria. Loteria is one I haven't heard many talk about on here. It's a fun game but most scratchers for that game are duds. Fun to play though, lol.
