I can't find the Emergency Game Rules for the new $25 10,000,000 World Class Cash ticket coming out tomorrow.
The only thing I could find was this image:
We can see there's still the same number of $1M prizes, but only two $10m prizes. What happened to the other two $10m prizes? I hope that money went into increasing the odds of winning $500.

happened to be at Publix a while ago and I saw BIG JIM showing off a $5K he just won ...... last year he got that $500 K ...... amazing thing is he just buys his one a day ticket and could less about pack numbers ...... over the yearw he's won a bunch of $500s and a few $1000's just buying one a day .... I've seen many of his wins ....... I havn't been buying anything lately ... you might say I'm burned out ....... same odds with new tickets that have different colors and designs ....... scratch your numbers across and check the numbers below ...... boring .........I''d like to see new games with some imagination .... even the old $30 ticket was fun because you had 3 or 4 games on one card .... my fav was BillionDollarBlockBuster and $100 X .......wonder what the odds are on the new $25 coming out tomorrow ...

I know last time they put the new game emergency game rules in some other category. I think you're right that it is just a recoat. If the odds aren't different from FL Cash or $25 Misfortune, I won't be playing it at all. I'm wishful in hoping they got rid of two of the $10m prizes and decided to improve the odds of the $500 prize.

Hmm.
Odds for the $10m prize is bad, but I'm actually okay with it. They clearly allocated the funds from those two other $10m prizes, and decided to make the $1M prize easier to hit. I think that's a good decision.
The odds of hitting $1M is 1 in 620,869.57. 1 in 621k makes the odds of hitting $1M decent for a game at this price point. I'd say it is worth playing, and we'll be seeing $1M wins pop quickly on this game.

The $2 game is noteworthy in my book. 1 in 482,400 at 30k. Best odds I think they've done on a $2 GP. Those odds are a little worse than 50% of the ILL odds for the grand prize. (1 in 877,500)

Wow, 1 in 482k? That's definitely going to make it the best $2 ticket thus far. Those will be popping quickly, and often.
@ Skeptic - I don't think the odds are 1 in 2.4k at hitting $500, those are just the odds for each of the different types of $500 wins. I'm too lazy to calculate the exact odds of hitting $500 at the moment, but it shouldn't be worse than the FL Cash/Misfortune. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the $10m prize tier broken down to make the $1M prizes easier to hit seems to be the major change. I'd say it is a solid $25 ticket.

The $500 odds are slightly worse than Fortune.
The 20K odds are 1 in 30k though, better.
I see, I think they put alot of thought into this prize structure. They probably figured the $500 prizes are nice, but people play the Gold Rush games for the best chance at hitting that so people wouldn't care if the $25 ticket had that prize nerfed. It seems getting rid of two of those $10m prizes did alot of good for the new $25 game. Heck, I wouldn't mind if they scrapped all of the $10m prizes, and reallocated that prize money toward making the other prizes easier to hit.
From what I'm seeing, these new games look like an improvement for players.

4x in under 9 months must be a record of some kind, right?
Super Symbol or the $3M ?
I sure hope it was Super Millions. Might prompt the lottery to add it on the list of closing games if this is the last known big winner out there and might confirm to stop going after games once the hit the ending games list.

I am liking this new $25 game structure....heck, i don't play them for the $500 prizes and Gold Rush has that prize amount kind of locked up with such good odds on that $500 prize. I wish they did away with the other 2 - $10,000,000 prizes also because the odds on hitting a million look to be the best odds ever offered by the lottery. Think of it this way, 40 tickets to a full pack and with around 14,000 retailers selling at least 2-3 full packs the first week a game is released you have around 1.2 to 1.7 million tickets setting sold the first week which should produce 2 or 3 $1,000,000 winners and i wouldn't be surprised to see a $1,000,000 winner each week afterwards given those odds. Now, it will probably kill the sales of Florida Cash and $10,000,000 Fortune but that is expected and i am sure the lottery knows this. I like the new game, odds and better shot at hitting $20,000 or $1,000,000.
On a sour note, I was told today by my local lottery retailer that he can no longer order $20 Flamingo for after really slow sales the past year the game has caught fire the past month or so and is no longer available from the warehouse.....so i expect this game to show up on the next ending games list. I am sure many on this forum will bid a sad farewell to this game.....lol
