Hey Skeptic,
This latest ILR bothers me alot. This Gold Rush game report shows 97.1% sold but all the higher prize amounts $1k - $5k - $10k and $100k all show only 91% to 93% claimed which is really fishy. When you have a gap of 4 to 7% on a game with this many prizes that clearly shows a boatload of big prizes are missing or never claimed....not sure which is the story. Did the lottery destroy that many tickets or are there still that many huge prizes left? The amount of $500 prizes and $1000 prizes still unclaimed is staggering....well over 5500 when you combine the two. I can see the numbers making sense on remaining $5000 and $10,000 prizes and heck, even $100,000 prizes but this huge amount of $500s and $1000s has me perplexed. If you believe this amount of prizes really still does exist then you should go on a monster pack buying spree like i did back in 2016 with the old $25 100X......however, since i got burned on that game pretty good i am hesitant to believe the data and am thinking of staying away from this game. Warning to all....the old 100X game ended after being 100% sold out yet there were still 1 - $5,000,00 prize never claimed and 6 - $1,000,000 prizes never claimed along with many, many 50k, 20k, 5k and 1k prizes never claimed...hundred of them....and I was a sucker to it all and chased all those remaining prizes all the way to the end until they ran out of tickets to sell. The shame of it all is nobody holds the lottery accountable for this report. Nobody updates the ILR when books or tickets are destroyed or damaged so we will never know. The ILR data may say go buy 50 books....my gut tells me NO! Been there and done that.
