  So I noticed that the $5 Winning Streak (nearly 5 years-old) is showing up at mainstream places like Publix and I was wondering about the game's status and went to the FL Lotto site for a look see.  Check out the game's end date and redemption date as shown in this screen capture...yet another website gaffe 🙄

  Winning Streak is the ticket that refuses to die. But being in our lottery vending machine means Florida lottery has place Winning Streak on the chopping block. The extended stop sale date is a real head scratcher (no pun intended). I guess it'll be available until that last jackpot goes then bye bye .

  I agree, I've been playing since they indeed probably pushed out the last prize.  You're right too on the game's tenacity (along with the $5 Flamingo - just think of how long the $20 version has been kaput).  The Winning Streak started with 12 top prizes so has gone through a partial reorder or two.  Yep despite what the site says I'd bet we'll be seeing it end for real later in 2022.

  Thanks, Duckman - so if top prize is $25M it's probably structured similar to FL $30 games with $15M top prizes, like the $30 Gold Rush Supreme and earlier Gold Rush Special Edition and original 100X.  I was kinda hoping for lower top prizes and more mid range wins, maybe not as low as Minnesota's $50 500X with a $100,000 top prize (odds are like 1/12,000), but not a scaled copy of existing games. 

  Guess we'll see, and I'd expect it's showing up on the ILR now as well.

  I wish they wouldve brought back the $25 price point games rather than a $50. i guess the rich will get richer

  Good point, and yeah will be interesting to see if it's essentially a scaled copy of the existing $30 GRS (which has 4 $15M top prizes).  Also wish they'd do something other than the same old number match games...sigh.

  I ordered an IRL yesterday and it didn't have the 500X in it (kinda odd, esp if indeed the 500X coming out later this month..and esp so because the three new games were in the IRL).

  A little off topic but does anyone remember the store owner in Orlando who won the top prize off a $20 or $25 game a few years ago from his own store? I can't seem to find the story anymore.

  Hi Speeddmon, I recall reading something like that a couple years ago, but seem to remember it being a $10 ticket (though far from sure either way).  I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often given the fact that store owner/operators can not only legally play but also have insight into whether or not a book has settled.

  I've been playing the $30 FRM pretty steady for the nearly 2 years it's been out and just recently got my first 200X several weeks ago, and then just got this additional one.  This one was also $1 x 200 for $200 total, so never complaining about a $200 win but still a bit of a buzz kill just the same.

  Heads up second chance fans...looks indeed like there's one in the works for the latest X-Series, including the new $50 500X coming at the end of the month.  Speaking of the 500X, if I'm reading the burst on the left side of the ticket correctly I think it says something akin to "Best odds for $1M".  If so will be interesting to see prize structure and payout % curve, esp with a $25M top end (can't be too many of those if the $1M odds will be best ever, but then again a $50 ticket price makes for quite a bit of prize space).
