I think here on LotteryPost they have a tool that can do that

You input number and it gives you combinations?

I think I saw something like that here.

Not clear on what you need ..

Are you saying you want to wheel these numbers by position  ?

Sounds like you could use a copy of Maybells QuikWheel which was a program from the old Maybells lottery website that could generate all the possible combinations of 3-6 using any pool of numbers.  The website went out of business a few years ago but the website Lotto Logix ran by LP member BobP has a copy of it that you can download.

To get all combinations of any numbers you want for Pick 3, Pick 4, or Quinto, use Lottery Post's Positional Wheel Generator:  http://www.lotterypost.com/wheel/positional

However, your list contains all the digits 1-9 (only excluding 0).  So my guess is that you don't want a wheel, but you are looking for something else.  Otherwise you'd end up with a list of 729 combinations, and I don't think that's what you want.

If you could be more descriptive of exactly how you want to combine those combinations, then I think you'll probably get help that is closer to what you are looking for.

If you wanted to do something like using all combinations of the first digits of the four combinations (3, 5, 7, and 9) in the first position, use all combinations of the second digits (1, 9, 2, and 4) in in the second position, and all combinations of the third digits (2, 4, 6, and 8) in in the third position, then the Positional Wheel Generator I mentioned earlier is the best tool to use, without a doubt.

(Note to RJOh: I have tried the Maybell's QuikWheels in the past, and it's not bad for some quick wheels (as the name states).  I think the positional wheel generator here is a little better because you can specify the positions of the digits, as well as apply a variety of filters, but I still have a to-do of adding a box combinations filter.  Maybe this is a good reminder to do that.)

As a Saturday afternoon project, I went ahead and added the straight or box combinations ability that I mentioned in my previous post.  You can read the details here:  http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/258746
