What's the best lotto book to purchase and why?  I see quite a few books for sale on line and in Todd's book store. Which is/are the best and why?  Also, if you do decide to purchase a book , look ins Todd's store first before buying. May as well give him the Buisness. After all, if it wasn't for him you wouldn't be answering m question.

This is the best lotto book:

Lottery Book: The Truth Behind the Numbers
        By Don Catlin
        List Price:  $14.00
        Price:  $11.32

        Product Description
The Lottery Book: The Truth Behind the Numbers should be read by everyone who plays the state-run lotteries. Despite the fact that we players all know the odds are a million to one against winning those big jackpots, most of us don't know the nature of these games or the math behind them or, yes, how to most effectively play them.

        ____________________________________________________

It's not a hype job about somebody's system, it's a book about how the lotteries construct the games. It's in the LP bookstore.

Where I live the bookstore doesn't carry any lottery book... kind of odd......there's books on casino games and poker, but none on lottery. How about others here?

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

        Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

With all due respect- there is no " best book" when it comes to the lottery. All it is is an analysis of what the author thinks is the " best" in their opinion. The Lottery is a game of CHANCE.No amount of math or pouring over tea leaves or reading charts can help you beat the odds. Every ticket that is purchased has the SAME chance of coming up a winner as anyone else's.If a method to winning the lottery did exist, State lotteries would function at a lose on every draw and eventually close down. Think Vegas: Do you honestly think that those Casino's would still be in business if there was a " method to beat them?".. The House always wins.Sure you get a winner at the wheel ever so often, but it hardly makes an impact on the casino. Ever heard of a casino going under because someone won big?

Mathematicians have poured over the lottery for ages in an effort to find the so called " holes" in the system in order to beat the machine, some even attempting to buy all the tickets etc etc. Good luck with that.

Its always been about Chance- anyone who tells you otherwise is blowing smoke.

            * There is this dude who supposedly has won the " lottery" 7 times. He has written a book as well in which he tells people to "NOT BUY QP's". Right. QP's are winning major Jackpots and this guy says don't buy them. l bet there are some who visit this forum that have purchased his book for " advice".

How does this book compare with LMG?

LMG is good.  Although some people claim it is just an advertisement for a computer program.

The best book has not yet been written.

I dont know If I can believe that Don Catlins book is the best, especially if J?mmy is always touting it.

I actually spoke to Richard Lustig on the phone for 45 minutes two months ago. The man who won the powerball 7 times. This is his system .... He buys a lot of tickets   Each draw he adds more tickets tothe ones he's played in the past and keeps adding more and more lines each game.   He wanted me to buy his book which is a waste of money per numerous reviews.

the way I view any game is differently than a lot of others. People tell me the odds of winning the powerball are like 1 in a 1,000,000,000. I say there not. My odds are 50/50. I'm either going to win or losE

Please correct me If I'm wrong, but I believe Richard DID NOT win the PB 7 times. If you read his bio, some of his wins were scratchers, and lower tier prizes with the lottery in general. I may be wrong.

Was it not Ion saliu who said his system was credited with 7 powerball wins?

                      Say what!

He hasn't won the Powerball jackpot ONCE much less 7 times. I am assuming this is a major typo. He was successful at snagging a few Fantasy 5 jackpots and Mega Money. Altogether he has yet to win ONE MILLION.

You can articulate odds, chances, probability any way it makes you feel comfortable, it won't change the reality of the matter. I support being positive and focusing on achieving the goal, but knowing what you're up against isn't the same as fearing it.

David never denied that Goliath was an undefeated giant. He didn't re-articulate the reality of the situation. He just was smart to rely on someone greater and used his talent and faith to win the battle.

                              LottoBoner,

Caitlin's book is not about systems, it's about how the lotteries put together a game before they offer it to be played.

I had a copy and gave it to thje local library and it got stolen, bought another copy, gave it to the library, and it got stolen too.

It's not a come on or a promo for any other book or software.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
