I just got a copy of the sales letter Wheeler mentioned in the OP.
It looks like Win-Track advertising but this one is from Lottery Secrets, Fair Lawn, NJ - I think Win Track is in a different location, although this could be them, too.
On page 3 of the "Profit Bursting Miracle Month Example it reads:
Bet: $9 Won: $253 Total: $253
Nov 2 Bet: $9 Won: $318 Total: $571
Nov 3 bet: $18 Lost: 0 Total $571
OK, Wouldn't betting $18 and not winning be losing $18?
Just maybe they're going by playing with winnings but that's still not going to give true figures all the way through.
The final entry is Nov 30 Bet: $9 Won: $227 Total:, $7,379
The Bet and Lost: 0 examples appear 10 times.
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
