haymaker,

Naw. Never been to a Super Bowl and probably never will be.

The cheapest tickets for the last Superbowl were going for $1,210. Thats my lottery budget for at least 2 years. Also I don't like very crowded places. So I don't think I'll ever go either.

That money's gone fo ever

    I'm with ya Maringoman,

I like to watch on my bigscreen, lot's of cold beer, homemade or delivered food, no lines, parking fees,

or crowds and all the nonsense that goes w/ them, don't have to drive home after the game ETC.ETC.

Even on regular games these teams that blackout games for not selling enough tickets don't bother me,

b/c I'm not a fan of the team that is closest to me, and have several favs.

Curios, are you a pat's fan.

Yessir! The Pats are tattooed on my heart haha Maybe we shall get something with the inclusion of praying man Tim Tebow to the team. Who do you root for?

As I mentioned before I have more than one fav, but pats not on the list,

granted they are one of the prime teams. I also can't wait to see what they do w/ Tebow.

My fav list can change year to year, but some stay on the list.

green bay, 9ers , vikings, lions oakland.

I'm more a fan of the game than any team or player.

        Cool Cheers

                    maringoman, also haymaker,

It's really not the true day in and day out fans that go to the World Series, Super Bowl, etc.....

In many cases it's people with corporate sponsored tickets or those with enough money to go just to say they've been there.

The real fans are those baseball fans who go to the Tuesday and Wednesday games when there's no big giveaways and promotions, or the football fans who go to an 'ice bowl'.

Re: NFL, I like most of the teams but for right now anyway, the Redskins are kind of special- because when the Eagles play them at home an animal rights group donates a case of dog food to a shelter everytime Micheal Vick gets sacked.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                    Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

                        That's interesting Cointoss,

when Vick was scheduled to leave prison, I laughed and said "who cares, the eagles will never sign him"

well I guess that's why I'm no longer an eagles fan.

got no tolerance for dog abusers.

Dogs give unqualified love & loyalty and...wow..this one I have now must be psychic, jumped in my lap while I was typing this.
