Hey LP,

I've came across Lotto-logix on Google. The author talks about positional tracking. I'm curious about this method.

However, with the graph paper, if there's a midday and evening draw, how would you fit that into the graph paper? Also, how do you figure out the skips and patterns??

I'm really interested in this positional tracking - looks very promising. I'm just a bit weary because I don't know how to setup the graph for midday and evening, and I don't know how to see the trends of skips and patterns.

Anyone who has experience with Lotto-Logix, please shed some light. Give me some tips and help me learn how to setup the graph. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I saw "Lotto-Logix" I thought of BobP's website which has links to all sorts of lottery programs.  He's a LP member who has had that website I think longer than LP has existed.  Robert Perkins was running several lottery clubs and forums when I first started using the Internet.

Yes, that's the one! Here's the specific link I'm discussing in my original post:

A method he uses (positional tracking) caught my eye. Just went out to the 99 cents store and bought graph paper. Hesitant to try this method though since I might get it wrong.

Here I track all three position for NY.  You have to be patient with positional tracking, because you cant force it to happen when its not happening.  And when its happening you have to not be afraid it will go cold.  On average there will be minimum 4 repeats in a position repeating "streak".  But sometimes there are more.

The chart is read from top to bottom.  Column 1 is postion one.  Column 2 is position two.  Column three is position three. Blue are cold periods.  Pink are hot streaks.  Each position takes turns and alternates their hot streaks.  Currently position two is repeating and one and two are taking "naps".   The last P2 in green with white font (position 2) in middle P2 column represents the 5 that just repeated in the middle position.

I hope you caught that trip!  I played 050 and didn't even think to mirror. Crazy Good Luck!

BTW that is Midday and evening combined.

Thats the way i like to do it.  Although you will hear varying opinions on LP.

Can you please go into a few more details on your charts  ?

Do the 1 2 3 etc signify no repeat for that postion that day and you keep running count ?

then where you have the P1  P@ in green is where a repeat did occur  ?

                Am I even close  ?

                Thanks

                  Hi carlig!

Yes you have it correct.  I track the results in excel.  For simplicity I will focus on position two since that is the one that is repeating.

The current matrix picture for position two is as follows.  Also read from top to bottom.  The numbers at top (in brownish colors) represent the balls.  0 to 9  Each black zero below represents a "score"

So the pink column represents the number five which is hitting in a "classic flag formation pattern"  (although not at five draws but six draws)  Not six days because we have two draws per day.  After a "white zero with black fill score"  I count down one to three draws etc, until the next score.  For the number 5 i counted to six.  "note the score from where I am initially counting from is not present)  But after six draws, the five scored again.  and then after six draws it scored again and then repeated.

In a separate area of the chart I track whether each position scored or not.

If I put the positional repeater chart next to my matrix walk chart.  (also known as the Drawing Since hit chart which i am led to believe was coined by gail howard)

it looks as follows.  (note this is only for position two still)  (disregard the 9 in red, it should be the same brown as the others)  According to this chart, I had a feeling the 5 would repeat in position two.  The feeling was not strong because I have a doubting syndrome but I did play 050.  And the result was 555.  It can help to focus your mind on certain numbers.

However a position can go cold and not repeat.  routinely a skip of 30 draws can occur.  And back in november 2012 position three went 77 drawings without a repeat.  I dont play pick 3  heavy, but I usually wait until the main matrix walk chart and the positional repeater chart are in "synch" before I decide to guess on a repeating number.

I hope this helps to make it a little clearer.

                        LB!

Thanks for taking the time to post and explains these intriguing methods.

I'm feeling woozy for not playing today's 555. I only played Win 4 this morning. 555 was my favorite trip too!

I'm loving these charts, however in having so much difficulty trying to interpret these charts and focusing on understanding what is going on.

LB, I really appreciate the time you put into your posts... I  was wondering though if you can explain to me a little bit more clearly, as in baby steps lol. I'm such a newbie to this but I'm eager to learn and master these techniques.

Can you please explain the TFR chart and how it's created, also explain how do I read the charts you posted. I'm quite not understanding the numbers in yellow, hot pink, etc. what do they signify? (10,13, etc.)

How do I read top to bottom? It's 1 going down to 9. Sorry I'm having such a hard time, I'm just so new to this.

                        Thanks again!

The way Joey uses the TFR is similar to the way I use it but I dont know exactly how he finesses it.

This is his post from his thread.

I have had several PM 's about the TFR chart

TFR stands for Traditional Frequency Rating .

All this means is that this chart looks at a longer period of time to see what the traditional frequency is for each number (0-9) . This chart is based on a 10 week time period for each column . It tells you what numbers have been hot (which are at the top of the chart) and what numbers have been cold (at the bottom of the chart ) for the last 10 weeks . If you know a HOT digit on the TFR chart is currently cold . Then that is the digit you would want to start playing

I use the top two numbers and the bottom two numbers to create combos, and then I watch my matrix walk and try to wait for a fit.

For example on the recent tfr the two top numbers were 4 7 and the bottom two numbers were 5 9 so i generally mix those numbers and consider trips with those numbers.  And as chance had it the 555 came. Joey is more experienced with the chart than I am.  I tried to experiment with patterns in the chart, but I spend more of my time on pick 5 and pick 6 and lately i just wait untill jonny has a good recommendation, but I am trying to keep my charts updated just in case there is something for easy pickins.

I only have one eye on the game but for three weeks straight last year, the tfr was producing good results, and then it went cold for two weeks, and I just stopped posting for pick 3.

I will post a new tfr on sunday, and the 5 should move up a little again.  It has been really cold now for a LONG time.
