I tried to answer you but you have me blocked so I will put the answer up here.

False.   It doesn't always work out that way.  I have seen them take the hot numbers and beat us to death with them.  Like at the end of last month.  from the 22nd to the 30th.  I just try to look at what has fallen and work from there.  Try grouping your numbers in groups of 10  and track them.  You will be able to see how the numbers are falling.  Give your groups specific names so you will know the difference in them.  I use this grouping a lot..01.12. 23 34 45 56 78 89 90.  I put down each one  like 010 through 019..then I just watch them.  I use a calendar to keep up with what fell and that is all.  The 12 was a VERY HOT PAIR and has been hitting  quite regularly.    Just to give you some ideas.  Your hot combinations will show and your cold ones, too.

I would keep the doubles seperate.

If you know your number is going to hit, have patience and then KILL IT!

You never know when you will get another hit.

I go back only 2-3 months..at the end of the month, I pay attention to the hot rows because they can continue to be hot and I look at the rows which have 1 hit or no hits...they are due.

My first row looks like this:

010

011

012

013

014

015

016

017

018

019
