  I hope johnspick3 will let me know if I'm anywhere close in my thinking.

   

  Using 216, Bp16, using the 2 as KN, the only boss pairs with a 2 is 2-5,2-7,2-9. Next draw 652, using the 6 as KN, only BP with a 6, 1-6,1-8. Next draw 601. Have no idea if that is correct.

  It Is Freeware But I Was Told By Another Member That It Doesn't Work For Mac.

  I Could Be Wrong Or There Could Be A Workaround Solution(Parallels,CrossOver,BootCamp)

  NB> pairs should follow a rule of Propulsion, there should be something driving it to be certain

  when to use it. In above workout, I take a set at a time, say draw 362, based on recurring

  points, my pairs should come from 871(This is my base for prediction). The  driver is the

  RECUR POINTS. Having 13 pairs without knowing what triggers a pair is more of a guessing.

  I have been trying to filter the pairs using two or three parameters ,and the results are inconclusive.

  Bear in mind that the average wager spends $10 or less day on stakes, taking in consideration this fact

  will make systems simple.This is  pretty much my opinion, not a negative critique.

  It depends on how strong your feeling for 00 is.  And your budget.  You may want to do some boxed and some bx/st.

  The 00=45 is just a guideline I suppose.  A sort of trigger.  I learned it on the dream team thread, but of course it does not always work.  Sometimes the follower shows the next draw, sometimes three draws, sometimes not at all.  I would keep an eye on Jonnys anamoly thread and see if he is recommending 00 pair for PA.  I dont think NY has had any double zeros lately, but if NJ has had it, then it could be a "traveler", although, I am still unconvinced in the traveling theory, although I have seen it work for some people.

  This is for the people that posted negative comments.  I think that you are truely mad because you see all the hits in each state and you are not winning.

  This system does not go cold it keeps day after day producing winners.  Are you still trying to deny that after seeing all of the wins? 

  Because I gave you the number 1 system in the world for free you do not know how to act.  You do not want to put in the work to make the system work for you.

  You keep wanting me to do it ALL.  Sorry I am not!  You keep looking for triggers to know which Boss Pair is going to hit.  The people that made the lottery are not

  going to leave you a trail to get their money.  Come on people get REAL.  You have to take what the lottery gives you.

  For example the two main numbers in Pick 3 are  0 and 9.  Have you ever thought using the Boss Pairs that if 0 is one of the main numbers maybe I should play

  05, 07, 09.  And maybe since the number 9 is the second main number maybe I should play Boss Pair numbers that add up to 9, like 09, 27, and 45.
