Thank you Vholling - I'm think going to have to get someone to actually build a software package to do what I need as I can't seem to find anything like it.  I didn't think it was that unusual but apparantly it is.  I don't need it to win, it would just make things a lot easier to zero in on the states and countries I want to play.

Does anyone know (or know how) to determine which states have the least or most "Doubles" drawn in the Pick 3 Lotteries?  Some software or website that might be helpful perhaps?  I'm aware of the general percentages but like everything else they must run hot and cold so to know how any particular state is cycling within the last 30, 60, 90 days etc. would be an edge for everyone I would think.  Just a thought.  Thank you for your consideration and responses.

Actually, I've compiled a list of states based on how often doubles come out. However, I've misplaced it. If ,and when, I find it I will provide the information.

Trust me I played online too. I tried all kinds of ways to beat it, but at the end of the day, it's still gonna come down to luck.

This isn't true. Beating the game doesn't come down to luck. It's really all about the approach you take. Only a system/method that's realistic will have any chance of being successful.
