  Since you have to be at least 65 to win, i'm pretty jersey shore i won't win for another 20yrs.

  How sure am I?  I would like to refer you to The Holy Bible, book of Philippians, chapter 4, verse 13.

  The lottery is NOT a tax on the poor.  By calling it a tax, you are calling it mandatory, which is what taxes are.  But the lottery is NOT mandatory, therefore calling it a tax highly inaccurate.

  Mega millions is not generating too many jackpot winners like powerball. It is taking forever for MM to reach $100M annuity. This new matrix does not have a players base to push the jackpot higher like powerball.
