    Dear Todd,

Well, it's that time of year again.

The subject of the good old Pick-3  50/50 Filter we have all been waiting for over the years is here again. LOL

At least once every 3 or 4 years we bring up our burning anticipation to include a new filter for the loyal membership.

It's all about including a much needed... and very critical filter in the famous "Inspector System" called the....................."Mostly ALL IN / ALL OUT" filter.

There are only a very few 50/50 filters in lottery. Very few. This is a really big one ! We need it.

             Thank You,

                  from your "Old Peanut gallery."

The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

It sounds like two different filters:  All in/out and Mostly in/out.  Right?

         Hi Todd..

That's right. The smaller filters of ALL IN and ALL OUT digits produce 10 numbers each. The Mostly to ALL produce 500 straights or 110 Boxes each.

They are just like the other "All" Sub groups to the 500 Mostly ALL ODD and 500 Mostly ALL EVEN.....or 500 Mostly ALL HIGH or 500 Mostly ALL LOW

The 10 pure ALL IN Singles Group digits produce......

          345, 346, 347, 356, 357, 456, 367, 457, 467, 567

           All OUT

           019, 028, 029, 128, 129, 012, 089, 189, 018, 289

These are the doubles to those sub-groups

           000, 118, 299, 001, 119, 002, 011, 228, 111, 229, 022, 112, 888, 122, 889, 088, 222, 899, 188, 999, 008, 099, 288, 009, 199

            and ....

          334, 677, 335, 344, 777, 336, 444, 337, 355, 445, 446, 455, 366, 447, 555, 466, 556, 377, 557, 566, 477, 666, 333, 577, 667

Just like the Systems Format ....... ALL EVEN/Mostly  ALLODD /MostlyOdd ........... ALL IN/Mostly IN   ALL OUT/Mostly OUT

The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

          Todd,

I Agree!    This would be an AWESOME filter to have for us to use. If you do decide to add it, would it be possible to include it

in the Pick 3 and Pick 4 positional wheels also?  We should would appreciate it. Thank you very much!!!

The numbers will tell you what numbers to play. Pay attention to the numbers.

Don't just think outside the box, crush it.

            Add 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,  to each mostly out combo for the full 4 #'s.

            Add 0, 1, 2, 8, 9,  to each mostly in combo for the full 4 #'s.

In addition to mostly out - mostly in, could there be a "split" option, which would give you numbers that have 2 out and 2

            in #'s in each combo for the P4?  Examples 12-67, 01-46, 35-89.

"You can observe a lot just by watching." Yogi Berra, Hall of Fame baseball player.

The numbers will tell you what numbers to play. Pay attention to the numbers.

Don't just think outside the box, crush it.

In = inner (not lowest and not highest digits)
Out = outer (lowest and highest digits)
              Well nearly that.

There are 252 combinations of 5 digits possible. That would be 252 / 2 = 126 possible ways to split 10 digits into two distinct groups. Guessing one group right for each of three digits means spending 5*5*5=125 units. Which groups will hit next with 100% accuracy?

Can we have the 126 filters?

I Agree! We need all the help we can get.  GA, right now is just a "wee" bit looney....

I also would be consistent user of this filter!.   I really hope this can be done.  Ga seems to be dodging every single stat bullet we shoot their way.

For those new members who may not know about the value of the " Mostly ALL In/All out"  filter......

This filter will add more power to the inspection tool. These days we need every tool we can find. It will add another feather in your, "Chief Bottle Washer", hat.

                             Excellent you old timers. LOL

The need to include this filter is already pretty obvious. It's at least as obvious as the 2 existing filters like this one already there. Up to this point.....it's the only other 50/50 filter that exist. So, it's not really a question of choosing one filter over the other.....or even if it's a viable filter. Everyone using the filter for years knows that already.

Because it's a virtual clone of the only other two existing filters this completes the set....and it's the missing piece to the set. Is it a good idea? Well, should the only other existing and commonly used  50/50 filter that exist in Pick-3 be included? Sure.

If we ever do find another 50/50 filter like these it too should be included ..... but after all these years, that doesn't seem like that's going to happen.

Now, is it something too hard to implement to the existing System here? That's another question and really has never been discussed. That part of it we don't about.

Will this filter complete the set and make the Systems tool more dimensional and stronger ? You bet. Will we appreciate it? Obviously, and everyday.

Frankly, I've already made sure to have this filter included in my personal software tools and use it a lot. It wasn't available anywhere years ago. My interest in this filter being included in our premium tool set here at LP....began back then. Now it's more for the newer premium members and helping them. Certainly I would use it  on occasion myself for quick reference. At least when I don't let my premium status run out...that's for sure.

The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

                                                                                                                   Win d

Thats quite a large set to play.

Can you recommend an online gambling site where I can afford to place all these bets?

When you have the right tools, you can filter the large set down, to a playable set.
