I have both his Pick-5 and Pick-6 books. Basically, the whole book is nothing but tables of numbers. I wish he had the tables in digital format so they could be imported into software, but unfortunately it must all be typed manually.
BobP is right about the distribution....I used a Bluskov wheel and missed a higher prize that another wheel would have hit with the same number of tickets. Bluskov does seem to try to both maximize/balance higher wins and minimize tickets required while still maintaining the guarantee(s), but the main focus is on limiting the number of tickets for each guarantee. He used a simulated annealing process to derive his wheels.
The books are OK but I think a little overpriced (wouldn't pay any more than $10). Pretty much better off just using the free La Jolla repository and CoverMaster.
I think that most of the players will never play more than 100 combinations at a time. In consequence, playing alone, all those wheels over 100 combinations are redundant for the average user. Books are filled with big wheels.
Considering the fact that the wheels are in books, they are kind of annoying to use compared to software. An option would be to put them all in spreadsheets for easy use. A consequence might be that books become more expensive as less are sold. So Dr. Bluskov might better have sold a little program with his wheels in it, but he is selling books.
I did the remark on Robert Walsh's e-books. If he is proposing systems using mod 5 for statistics and wheeling. He should have programmed that. He would have had more positive critics selling a program with a few ideas and tips in the e-booklets.

For Keno I never used wheels, I played two combinations most of the time. When I played years ago with more money, I played pick 2 to pick 5's. I was driving watchers nuts, as with the correct numbers in those, I could have won jp's.

Book wheels need to be entered into lottery software that accepts such, to be of much use.
In my opinion, large wheels exist not so much because people will play them, more as people want to know what it would take to wheel that many numbers for that kinda prize. Solves the problem of people asking for the big wheels, wards off the questions. Oh, and you may not always be working with only your own money.
Another consideration is the big wheel is before filtering.

Hello, could make great wheels, several of them then filter value x sweepstakes
Exe = the previous maximum of 3 numbers from previous draws, is to filter the endings (end digit is 0-9), and other standards, serai wheels with filters, then starting with large wheels for great reduction course the hit falls 75% to 80%

When programming you can make any filter that you can think of. There is commercial software that includes filtering by previous results.
I used Covermaster wheels and pasted them in Excel. I applied any filter that I wished to use. Covermaster is freeware and most of us have Microsoft Excel. If you paste the drawings in Excel, you can also use those to filter your wheels. I recommend to use dense wheels and to think twice about how you are going to filter.
For those who have Excel passing out, you can give it more reserves in Windows setting the priority to high. Eventually you can add more RAM. If you have too many functions working, just copy them, and paste them as values. That will do the trick! I learned it the hard way, not knowing about any trick for a long time.
Like for Lotsoftpro by Ricky, if you mess up a filter, the result will be missing winnings.
Finally dumb luck can beat you all!
For those who program, are we sure that we aren't sabotaged, copied and hacked?

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I just recieved my book last night. Very interesting. Going to use a few of the wheels for my MM and PB selections.
You can do anything if you put your mind into it. The sky is the limit!
