N=39

A> 1,3, 38(39-1), 40(39-1)+2>1,3,38,40

B>5,7,34,36

C>8,10,31,33

D>20,22,19,21

E>6,8,33,35

 Wheel 1,3,38,40,5,7,34,36,8,10,31,33,20,22,19,21,6,8,33,35

Units>1,3,5,7,8*,6

Tens>10,19

20's>20,21,22

30's>31,33*,34,35,36,38

40's>40

 A good wheel should give you 22 or less picks, start the wheel in order of A>B>c....etc, with repeated numbers (*) included. The digit 2 is just a set up deviation

Three of the numbers came out 21,33,34. I had 2 in a line. Is there a wheel that would have had the 3 numbers in the same line.

My wheel is terrible.....

    Try to group the numbers in groups, ie 1's,10's, 20's.......etc after workout, start the wheel with first sequential difference , then second, then third  etc, eg if the draw was 23-2-31-9-11> the group from difference 23-2  becomes the start of a wheel.

          wheel >use comb. formula for wheel>nCr> n!/r!(n-r)!, for above situation you have 5 members (A,B,C,D,E) of which you want 2> 5!/2!(3)!= 5.4.3.2.1/2.3.2.1=20/2=10 pairs>>>>>>>>>>>>>

                  Thanks PAvizlo$ and CariG,  this file can be use not only for x/N games, but also for P3,P4, P5 digit games, just set N=9 for Pool Limit (pairs and patterns becomes clear). For x/N games, I suggest generating  picks by combining  four draw sets workout, find a number counter tool, sieve the most frequent numbers before you wheel them.

                    Interpreting confidence or prediction interval formula in a philosophical way means less math but more on the concept or the essential, Forward-testing  a data reduces or eliminates historical parameters(conditions),in my opinion , a very optimal way of prediction.

                    I will take on request, the first five States with 5/ N format for predictions and will explain the above statement if you care at the end of Time frame.
