Make plans to chance your workouts. Don't expect to see a lot of the favorite number to be falling or following each other like they use to. Expect longer waits for numbers. Expect more repeats. Numbers that you knew in the past that came at so time around Oct- Dec, season don't bank to hard on them, You may not see them until Jan- Feb if at all. Other then that Good Luck.

        Toss a coin!

        Use a deck of cards.

        Use the LP quick picks.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

        Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

My advice would be to just boycott and don't play but I know in order for that to work more players will need to do the same and we know that's not going to happen.

Do numbers submitted via bet slips (which constitute your own numbers) fall under the same scrutiny as numbers generated by the RNG (quick picks) ???

Sometimes it's extremely difficult if not practically impossible to get people to disregard the smoke and mirrors.  Instead, they seem to enjoy the ride down the proverbial Garden Path....... helpless to extricate themselves from being totally deceived by known forces in their midst who would argue that they have come here for the sole purpose of helping people.......str8ca$hhomie

                          Enigmas,

You're so right, those who run the lotteries are painfully aware that players won't boycott them.

                              Not too long from now:

The Illinois Lottery reported that there might be a slight glitch with its new RNG for the Pick 3, 4, Lucky Day Lotto and Lotto.

                              Here are yesterdays results:

                              Pick 3 Mid Day    333
                              Pick 3 Eve          333

                              Pick 4 MD  3333
                              Pick 4 Eve  3333

                              Lucky Day Lotto MD   3   3   3   3   3
                              Lucky Day Eve           3   3   3   3   3

                              Lotto                         3   3   3   3   3   3

The Illinois Lottery apologizes for any problems this may have causes and asks you to remember ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

And don't forget, we're still not paying anything over $25,000![
