Frank, best advice I have is to tell you to buy a copy of Gail Howard's Lottery Master Guide.  You can probably find a used copy on Amazon.

It a good read and it'll tell you all about every kind of wheel you could possibly want to know about.  The tough part of that is trying to take what you read in the book and apply it to making yourself a wheel.

Probably the easiest thing you could do is buy Gail's Wheel Five Gold software.   57 bucks, but it will do all the work for you for just about any/all wheels.  I personally don't have any wheeling software.  That's because I'm not all that into wheeling, but plenty of folks here are, and have/use the software.  Google SMARTLUCK and all of Gail Howard's stuff will come to the top of the search list.  G5

About playing the lottery --  You will lose more than you win. Until you hit a jackpot.  Then everything changes!
