Now from there use the pair chart I sent you . Put 14 draws into it. then put 28 draws into it..Both Draws together = 1week and 2 weeks.
How u use the pairs chart is u to you. Hot and cold red and white, or can use green blue or yellow. You are trying to trap pairs that will fall for mid
day... For 60 draws use Pair chart or Ref Box ...this is one way . The other way is Ref box for 7draws 14 draws 28draws and 60 draws.
I do these workouts all the time , Plus a lot more workouts not posted here. So a lot of times when I post info it may not be clear to others.

I pick up things like this by just watching numbers..Sure there's a lot more Tricks Am I going to post them all no.

you said single digits are the hardest for me ok then learn to to put your pairs together that will give u 3 digit for now.
Then work on your single digits. A little at a time ..Make it easy for yourself .
