Only one person(s) have defied the 1 in 292 million odds. With Powerball sitting at 1.3 billion, how do you think they feel right now?

I think they are still happy, but probably feel like some money was left on the table.

May the balls bounce in your favor!

This is a joke right? I'd kill to get the $40 million starting jackpot for Powerball.

Yeah, $40 million is a lot. However, after you win $40 million, and the jackpot goes up to $1.3 billion, you don't think you're going to feel it at least a little bit?

May the balls bounce in your favor!

Trucker, What are you referring to?

28 people won the 5 + 0, no one won the one in 292 million.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

        Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

No. I'd thank the lottery gods everyday for letting me win a jackpot no matter what size.

Did you read the poll? 9 draws after the matrix change, 1 or more people won in Tennessee.

                      What can't you follow?

                      Your thread.

What do you mean 1 person won?

                      Not in the last drawing?!

Or did you mean since the rule change only one person defied the odds and is now kicking him/herself that instead they could have won this big jackpot?

Did you read what I wrote? I thought I was quite clear in what I wrote. I'll repeat it one more time. Julie Leach is the last person to win under that last matrix. After they changed the matrix, 9 draws went by before someone one in Tennessee won winning $144 million. The question is, now that the Powerball jackpot is at $1.3 billion, with the same 1 in 292 million odds, do you think the winner in TN feels jipped?

                            No.

And your question was worded differently, you asked if the person who won under the new matrix felt cheated.

So what you wrote was not clear, unlike your condescension.

If you read the question and what I wrote, you would've understood. I said the exact same thing. I just elaborated on what the question was about. You can only put some much into the question/poll section.
