I'm thinking about relocating to the Caribbean Islands.

Does anyone know if any form of lottery games are played in the Caribbean Islands [Pick 3/4, Pick 5/6/PB/MM, Scratch Offs] ??? I don't see any of the Caribbean Islands represented on the location boards under "Results".

From Wikipedia:

The Caribbean Islands include: Anguilla ; Antigua-and-Barbuda; Aruba; Barbados; Pelican Island is now absorbed into Barbados through land reclamation; Belize ; British Virgin Islands; Cayman Islands; Cuba; Dominica; Dominican Republic; Grenada; Guadeloupe; Haiti; Honduras; Jamaica; Martinique; Montserrat; Caribbean Netherlands; Puerto Rico; Saint Barthélemy; Saint Kitts-and-Nevis; Saint Lucia; Saint Martin; Saint Vincent-and-the-Grenadines; Trinidad-and-Tobago; and the United States Virgin Islands.

Can anyone recommend a favorite Caribbean Island from personal experience, and why ??

They have what's called HOUSES. And that's all I'm going to say about that.

Dominican Republic has pick 3 and pick 4 search loteria Republica Dominicana. I might join you.

I just Googled and discovered that there is a Caribbean Lottery [All Games] played in the US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, St. Kitts Nevis, and St. Maarten.

What are HOUSES pertaining to the lottery ??? Do you mean local or off shore lottery agencies that handle playing the lottery games ???

The Pick 3/4 is different in the Caribbean Lottery. They have 4 drawings a day, with 3 winning numbers per draw [1st winner, 2nd winner, and 3rd winner], at different prize amounts [$$$] per win.

Has Cuba got a state lottery yet? It would be a great way to raise revenue, which they desperately need.

Quick Draw, a local 3 ball lottery offered by one of the local number houses here in the Bahamas. There are 32 draws per day (every half-hour from 8 AM until 11:30 PM).

Hey destiny, don't forget about Puerto Rico which has Powerball plus 2 local jackpot games, Loto Plus and Revancha, as well as pick 3 and pick 4 games. As a matter of fact their flagship island game Loto Plus currently has the largest jackpot (about $26 million) of any US/ US territory game outside of Powerball and Maga Millions.

The Loto Plus game was simply called Loto until May 25th when the game rematrixed from a 6/46 game to a 5/40, 1/15 game. This was poor timing for me as I had a friend of mine from PR going home for a visit in mid May and I asked her to get me 5 lines of Loto for 20 consecutive drawings, but due to the matrix change I was only able to get my sets of numbers for 3 drawings. I did have some consolation however in that my parents were visiting Canada the very next week, so I used the $ I would have spent in PR Loto to get 3 lines of their national game "Lotto Max" for the next 20 draws.

That's a tough one.

When Castro came into power one of the first moves the communists made was to shoot up and close the casinos.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Neither the casinos in Batista's days nor a Cuban lottery, if there was one now, would seek the average Cuban as a target market. That would probably be the turistas.
