He wins a lot because he plays a lot!  I read his book, "Learn How To Increase Your Chances of Winning The Lottery" and it basically says...

1) Keep buying scratch offs from the same roll

2) On numbers games, keep playing the same numbers

3) Enter 2nd chance drawings

He really did not offer much advice in his book, but a couple good points were there

like buying a bunch of consecutive tickets off the scratch off roll

play your same numbers in lottery games

buy more tickets if you can afford to.

Thats just about it, the rest was fluff.

You can't "win the lottery" you can only win prizes from the lottery games that are offered. He has never claimed to have won a huge lottery jackpot, only that he has won 7 lottery jackpots which is correct. Just because the jackpot is a trip worth a couple thousand, doesn't mean it's not a lottery jackpot.

      What is a jackpot?

To me it meant the first price.

He wins a lot because he plays a lot is not even a good excuse. There are people who play their rear ends off whether it's weekly or every now and then splurging on several tickets before a drawing and nothing will come from it... There are people here who have repeaditly mentioned how many years of playing and not yet one decent lottery prize or 2nd place sized jackpot has been hit.

Meanwhile look at his list of wins over the years. He's got something rolling that many of us wish we could have a taste of...

as far as the books and all, that's a different story itself. But let's just make it clear, the guy has done substantially better than myself and many others at his time playing lottery.

You answered your own question. The jackpot means it's the top prize in a lottery game.

I saw him on TV once and he would buy books of scratch-offs. That means he would buy the entire printing of a series of scratch-offs.

I think that he changed it to "grand" prices. Grand is French for big. So he won big prices.

I would not call this a joke. It could be laundry, but probably is not.

So in regards to these wins...Are they QP's ?  If not, I'm impressed.  If not...He's just lucky.

'Richardlustig' has 10 posts on this board. Do you think a braggart like Richard Lustig woyuld restrict himself to that?

                      See Ya!

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                      Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

The best advice would be to study and play trends.  Also, try to buy tickets in "can't lose" states.
