Keep in mind these are for the most current matrix for each and draws should be started at the beginning of that matrix introduction.

I'd suggest to set the maximum to 140 to lifetime of the game.
I could be wrong here but it looks like this data is pointing out the ideal number of games to look back on.

No, maximum is between 10 and number of drawings when there were 10 or more drawings. A number can set out for all drawings. 140 is mathematical average.
If the game stops after 100 games, 140 is not reached. If the game lasts 200 drawings and 1 wasn't drawn, it is not 200.

Thank you for the clarification on this. I could still be framing this idea all wrong but this is still pointing to a given amount of game history? For example when I try to figure out how many games of history to use in Mega Millions I divide the number of numbers picked in the first pool which is 5 digits by the largest number found in the first pool which is 75. Then multiply that by 2 which... 75/5=15x2=30 this gives each number the opportunity to appear twice. This new formula seems to me to give a more accurate history to look at so when I try to figure my frequency/hot/cold numbers I would get better results. Like I said I could be way off on this but thats what I see at first look.

Got the Powerball columns swapped and a quirk in Excel counting.

OfflineThe following is the Instantaneous Probability, meaning, at any given draw there is a probability the tracked selection will complete the cycle at that draw.
However, as more draws occur and more numbers are tracked, there is a Total Probability the tracked selection will complete due to the decreasing numbers left to select from.
This results in a different Probability and is show in the next graph in blue.

Magnificent job, Jade. I knew there had to be a maximum number of draws for all of the digits to show. Now, we need a plan of the range to play, maybe median. We have some fantastic math individuals on this fantastic forum.

You are new to mathematics and gambling. Step off this and go play classical games in casinos. Your learning curve will be higher.

It has to do with the Mega Millions and Powerball, again.
We think the P5 columns are swapped as well.
Just need to complete a few hundred million samples to verify.
Working it now.

I'd suggest to set the maximum to 140 to lifetime of the game.
That's an observed maximum in the 29,283,008 data samples we collected.
The actual upper limit extends to ∞.
However, the probability reaching that draw is very, very low; 0.000000396554819 or 0.0000396554819% or 1 in 2,521,719.45 .
It's much more likely the cycle will end sooner than later.

.
Below is a table showing the Total Probability for each Pick 1 to Pick 5.
In the Pick 1, we see the probability reaches 100%, but that is just due to rounding.
It's actually more like 99.95% and is very close to 100%.
This shows that as more draws occur, the more likely the cycle will end.
In the Pick 1, by draw 27, it's above 50%; by draw 35, it's above 75%; by draw 44, it's just above 90%.
In Pick 3, by draw 8, it's above 50% and in Pick 4, by draw 6, it's above 50%.
If there is a generalized maximum, we'd have to say when it reaches a virtual 100% or very near 100% there is a maximum number of draws to end the cycle.

It has to do with the Mega Millions and Powerball, again.
We think the P5 columns are swapped as well.
Just need to complete a few hundred million samples to verify.
Working it now.
we may have intermixed Mega Millions with the Powerball data.
it's done in 100,000 blocks of data and have to complete the rerun and curve fitting.
should be finished in about 20 min or so.
