I don't really know what the process is for loading the IVM's...what the codes are and etc...but if a ticket is put in a wrong
spot say a $10 in a $5 or a $20 in a $5...that could be costly for the merchant...a dummy is a dummy but doesn't deserve
to lose a job or money on a mistake like that.
Awhile ago but I put $20 in and pressed the $5 button 4 times some machines keep up with the rapid punches, others
are irritating and you press 4 times and one ticket comes out...well that's what one shot is for but I don't like that thing, it
blinks...it's bad enough feeling someone right behind you minding your business but able to see your business blinking from
15 feet away is just wrong...a creepy little troll hiding behind the corner of the aisle story is another story but anyway...I pressed the
button 4x's, waited for my 4 $5 tickets....well 4 $20 tickets came out. There is a setting in the machine I know they have to punch
in but wow, did someone make a mistake there..the picture was of the $5 ticket and the price was lit up $5 but the slot had $20
tickets in it.
I could satisfy the devil in everyone and say I cleaned out the slot but I'm a believer in what comes around goes around.
I reported it and gave 3 tickets back and kept one for my $20.
It lost.
I'm waiting for my reward for honesty.
It shouldn't be long.
