Is it possible to create algorithm to predict lottery patterns?
Prevent only patterns and not numbers, patterns type 5/5 even and odd numbers 0-9
Frequency patterns, cycles, empty spaces, only patterns

No algorithm will predict what will come out. You may try to discern patterns in the data you analyze and from time to time amidst random data some pattern might indicate something that will help you make a good decision. Predicting chaotic events such as earthquakes or tsunamis are not a sure thing, let alone something that is random.

It's entirely possible! After all you are talking about a closed system where combinations tend to repeat over time.

Is it so? Show me one example where a P-6 combination repeated in the entire history of all P-6 games all over the world. Yes, there's one in Bulgaria where the draw repeated the following day, needless to say it was rigged.

I don't know about an algorithm but I have identified 163 patterns in MM since its last matrix change that have repeated as many as 25-0 times. Problem is each pattern could cover 1000 combinations or more. I have discovered playing the most popular pattern which only covered 8% of previous winners improves my chances of matching three or better.

* you don't need to buy every combination, just the winning ones *

That's exactly the utmost one can do. Identify a pattern, follow it and then luck comes in.

It's surprising that a long time LP poster would ask such a question.
It's a given that no man or machine can know exactly what the next winning combination will be.
This includes patterns.

I don't know much about how algorithms are created, but any system that creates multiple possibilities for a single event is not a viable answer.
I have a workout that I can use to generate a 5, 10, 15, 20 or more combinations based on many patterns, but the question is: What's Next?
The challenge is analyzing available data and finding the best answer from many possibilities.

It is impossible to predict what the numbers are going to be for a particular drawing.

As others have noted there are patterns and that is because there are patterns in the numbers. For instance if we just look at 2 flips of a coin. In total there are 4 possible outcomes for the 2 flips. Here are the possible outcomes:

TT,HH,TH,HT

As you can see from the results the most likely outcome is going to be one heads and one tails. Therefore if the coin is flipped 5 times 1000 times the results would be a pattern that was roughly a statistical match to the 4 possibilities with some slight to moderate variation.

So even though we may know what the 4 patterns are and the frequency in which they should appear, we cannot reliably predict which pattern is going to appear in a given cycle, that is where the randomness comes into play. In a short window of 20 cycles the same pattern may be repeated 5 times and then not appear again for the next 20 cycles.

To use a P5/30 game as an example, there are 142,506 combinations of numbers. of that 142K there are 42,525 combinations where the first two numbers are between 1 and 15. This means that roughly every 3-4 drawings the winning numbers will have that combination. There will be times when it exactly matches that frequency and there will be other times when it is higher or lower.

If you are willing to accept that their are days when you will have no chance of winning you could play combinations of numbers within the subset thereby improving your odds on the days that match that pattern. And that is how most of the strategies work. They provide a mechanism to isolate a subset of numbers that hopefully offer achievable odds on the day the pattern shows.

The problem is that the more variables used to define a pattern, the greater the spacing is between the instances in which that pattern appears. People can offset it by increasing the number of games they play per drawing, but the problem is that the cost of playing all the combinations is too much.

Let's assume for a while that impossible is possible and there's a guy who has created an algorithm that can predict all winning numbers for the next game. What's more let's assume that he reads all LP postings so also read this question. Let's assume again that dr san is this guy. Would he post his formula for all readers to see it or send it by PM to the one who has asked this question?

Of course they do. The problem is that it's something you can see after it happens, but there's no way to predict them.

It's no different than the billions of snow crystals that landed in my yard a few days ago. I know that every single one of them has a pattern that's based on a hexagonal base, with not a single triangle, square, or pentagon in the bunch. No matter how closely I examine them there's zero chance that I can predict the exact pattern of one based on any of the others.

Within limits, it all depends.

More than one way might lead to possible prediction and more so on patterns than on numbers, but as I said, it all depends.

He might, after all there are several members already posting systems they claim are winning money for them even though they've never posted a winning prediction or a picture of a winning ticket.
