When I become a piece of burned toast, I'm thinking a trust fund established to play 1 pre-picked set of numbers (by myself) to be played for each drawing, for eternity... or until they hit. That way a descendant will always remember my name. "We'd like to thank our great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great Uncle RealtorJohn, (what, it's not John, who is he then? I think a lot of players are waiting too, but that said, one person in Illinois hit the MM jackpot last nite.
To your point, it's all about coverage of the hundreds of millions of possible combinations. The more tickets that are sold, larger the numbers of combinations that become covered, increasing the likelyhood of a jackpot being hit.
The nice thing that I also noticed this morning when I checked to see if anybody won the MM jackpot, is that one person in Washington bought the Megaplier (which was x5) and they won a cool five million dollars. That'd most certainly be life-changing for me. G5
