Ideal> From the Pool's (10 digit string) perspective is manageable to see the ' transition' of digits base on draws. You're generating patterns instead of observing them. Generating patterns is intuitive than observing them. When you observe already occurred event, you try to connect the dots by working towards a ' known solution', this approach is susceptible to bias. P4 starts always with 10,000 combos(this is your initial data for any historical crunching !), subsequent draws (combos) needs p ratio adjustment(a good read of Bayes theorem will suffice) which may indicate your current trend(But you need to establish your 'Prior').
Summary> Approach prediction by analyzing 1/ the total combos or 2/ 10 digit pool.
Lets do predictions for few States, then I will try to explain the above ' gibberish' with time.
Predictions for only evening draws>Bet> Split >Time Frame> About 10 draws .
Lets keep prediction picks to max of 4 sets. Lets focus on prize ratio for a comprehensive waging strategy.
A Box bet pays $200
A combo bet (Exact) pays 5k or 2.5k)
Suggested Time frame is 10 draws.
Waging Box bet: $2 per set will be $8 a draw for cost $80 for possible prize of $400
Waging Straight: start with 50 cents, $48 per draw will cost $480 for possible prize of $2,500.
Prediction Ideal: Every draw event starts with a ten member pool, we're trying to guess the CURRENT STATE of the POOL, hence the the digit transitions.

For both this and the pick three there is no explanation on how the strings are derived. There are just predictions which should be on the prediction section.

So what is 'system'? Is it a step by step instructions manual or a conceptualize ideal? In a random setting, grasping a concept enhances your intuition(prediction is the measure of uncertainty).
Conceptualize This:Your NEXT POOL(10 digits)
1>Every draw(digits) starts with a 10 digit string
Ideal:So what will be your 'next' 10 digit string, you have to find a way to form this, based on a ' selected' parameter.
2>The next 10 digit String: This is mostly positional, single and doubles is inherent.
The above ideal is a system, is not those looking for manual instructions !
