carbob. I think this is the problem. after i clicked on the link,next screen says"sorry preview did not load zip files are not currently supported"
but i clicked anyway and got the S-2 but did not move.

Ignore the preview option, none exist. Just hit the download button and when prompted, tic the

save to computer option and click OK. The program will then download to your computer.

Next find the folder that downloaded, double click it, once it opens you should see the install file.

Next double click the install file, you will be prompted to allow the program to install, click yes. The

installer will then open and from this point just keep clicking "next" option until the program is installed.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know if anyone else having trouble with pick 4 of the slider II. I made a post last night then deleted. I thought by closing and reopen it would work like it did with the pick 3. But of course it didn't!

Here are the problems that I'm having

1. When Atune is pressed the master and filter slides automatically go to 0. Not that big a deal I just place where I want it to be!

2. After a couple of runs it freezes (pick 3). I click task man. and close and reopen.

3. Pick 4 option just doesn't work for me! at alll! It will run from file if master and filter slides are at zero. other than that can't wheel or anything from just the database or anotherl file. I'm running the program on xp.

I also attempted on windows 10 but 1 and 2 issues still exists. I didn't attempt 3 because I haven't got that far lastnight.

any help is appreciated thanks!

That's what it's suppose to do. If you R-click the Atune then it will set the values to what they were

for the last game. R-click is a single game backtest option.

The Left-click option is for live play, the user sets the MS and FS along with any of the lower slide values.

Never had this problem in hours and hours of testing the code. I just clicked wheel 30 times in a

row with no issues.

It sounds to me like the slider settings are set to values that filter out all lines. Click the P-4 option then

click reset. Next R-Click Atune then click wheel. Let me know if you get any lines.

Using the R-F-M in many cases will not produce any lines if the MS and FS along with any lower slide are

set to values that reject all the lines in the other file. Always press reset before doing a setup so that all

the lower slides are turned off and the other slides are reset to default positions. Most of the time when

no lines are generated it's due to a miss set slider.

There are some slide settings that won't return any lines. Anytime the MS and FS slides are set to zero

then the upper slides are inactive and it should generate 1000 or 10000 lines depending on if pick-3 or

pick-4 is loaded, that is if the lower slides are also in the off position.

If you made any changes to the configuration utility other than changing the State then that's the

most likely place to look.

I will wait to see if anyone else is having any of these same problems before digging deeper.

I don't have a P3 game, just P4.

I downloaded all the videos and the program.

I copied all of them into a folder I named Slider II.

I right clicked each one and clicked extract here, all in the same folder.

Then I proceeded to watch all the videos.

I then installed the slider program.

Then using the videos as a guide I ran through all the buttons as explained by RL in the videos and I have had no problems with the program.

With some good results I must add!

I am using Windows 7.

What might help, keep the video open along side the program while you are trying to learn it and refer back to the video as needed.

I watched the vids about 3 times but I've been told I have selective hearing! So I guess i missed it! Apologies. I don't have time at the moment to go through the suggested steps! I will take Gwoof advice and play the vids along with doing the steps later this evening!

Back in the 40's we all used BLUE HORSE TABLETS at school, doing homework and they worked just fine. It may be a good idea for you to pick one up the next time you go to town. Just say'n.

I have no problem what so ever the program works perfectly fine for me.

RL, Thank you for the " D " key, I was able to copy the data into excel.

For example ;

7437,.41,.30,74,21,3,2,1

41 is MS

30 is FS

74 not sure what this value are from looking at the software ?

21 ?

3,2,1, are for the small slider, got that.

I wanted to ask you if there is a way to get all sliders values, ( A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,MS,1,2,3,4,5,FS ) on one Notepad somewhere ?

That would be great.
