  The difference between us and Tipton is that he had the knowledge and ACCESS.
  I believe he told his employer (MUSL) that the drawings could be rigged.
  They blew him off.
  So, he took advantage of the situation with an outcome we know about.
  Players with or without knowledge, but no access, are spending millions trying to 'rig' a drawing to their benefit.
  I think what we do to win is 'fair and square.'
  If I can use my method to couple together a few wins, I'll take the money and laugh all the way to the bank, just like the lottery is doing.
