I put "others". My possibly very bad opinion is that the most common mistake is

Playing trips and quads...all of them....all the time....in the hopes to get a hit, because they're too lazy to make an effort to find a more likely combo...

Chasing long outs. Sure, people play them because they KNOW they're "due." They're going to play it because it's been out 10-12-15-20 days. It could just as easily stay out twice that long.

Case in point. In my eve pick 3, the 312 order was out 51 days before it hit last month. How much money did people lose playing numbers that way because they thought it was due after say 2 1/2 or 3 weeks?

Another example. Midday Pick 3 all odd combos were recently out 45 days. How many started playing them after about 2 weeks? One more. Evening Pick 3. Same deal. All low combos were out 29 days. They hit once. They are now out 28 days.

Cha-ching, $$$$ for the state.

So....what are YOU looking for when you play...whats your idea, system or strategy??? More Recent Numbers that have hit as of late? ON LP Pairs analysis, Would you choose pairs over due or pairs that are hitting recently? Just curious how do you choose your numbers for Play??

In reference to Pick 3 completely ignoring the rule of 72%; 27%; and 1% when playing their numbers.

Sometimes it's extremely difficult if not practically impossible to get people to disregard the smoke and mirrors. Instead, they seem to enjoy the ride down the proverbial Garden Path....... helpless to extricate themselves from being totally deceived by known forces in their midst who would argue that they have come here for the sole purpose of helping people. These forces would also argue that they have a winning MIRACLE system; that is, until asked to post numbers before the drawing !

And based on the payoffs, lots of players play trips. A few years ago the KY Lottery had three trips drawn in one month.
