Hello

I have one set of 20 numbers which 40 percent of times is four numbers correct and 45 percent of times is three numbers

and I have another set of numbers of 27 which generate 50 percent of the time is four numbers correct and some times five numbers

My question is

Is it better to use 4if5 of 20 or is it better to use 3if3 or 3if4 of 27 numbers

Whats the different between 4if5 3if3 or 3if4

Sounds like the 27n , since they sometimes give you a 5-win...what type of game are these numbers for?... 5 pick or 6 pick?

Insufficient information.

A full wheel of 20 numbers (51% of the matrix) produces 293,000+ combinations.

A full wheel of 27 numbers (69% of the matrix) produces 397,000+ combinations.

Obviously you're not spending that kind of money on a $150,000 jackpot which leaves us unable to answer the "which is better" question.

Suffice to say, at 40% you could be 6 times (or more) the amount you spend in the hole BEFORE you hit a 4 ball win! Would one 4 ball win cover all the losses? Would winning 4 out of ten draws cover all the losses? How many times can you afford to lose the amount spent before you fall below the break even point?

And the bigger question is, "How much would you have left over as profit after ten draws?"

It really depends on what type of wheel he's using, and as you pointed out, it's reasonable to assume he's not spending a lot of cash to chase that particular jackpot, so he must have plans to filter from his total tickets..Imo

How are arriving with the numbers you posted?... What analytical software do you , or are you using?

I did reviewed though I did not understand too much

I was originally thinking of using Iliya Bluskov 3if4 of 27 numbers but there are so many varieties on Lottery post such as 3if3 or 4if5

My thought was since my numbers has 50 percent chances of 4 numbers and only 10 percent chances of 5 number probabaly 3if4 of 27 is the cheapest to play

I still do not understand too much whether 3if4 of 27 or 3if3 of 27 is better

Please let me know if you can

The numbers generated from my friend software,he ask me to monitor it.

I monitor it for eight months now and the result is 50 percent of four numbers and 10 percent of 5 numbers

I am thinking using the wheels but do not know which one is best for theses application being only 10 percent of 5 numbers and fifty percent of four numbers

Okay.....

You spent $151 on the wheel.
You won $13 X 2 ($26) and more than 8 free QPs.

The bad news is you lost $125.
I don't know what the average 4 ball winner pays in CA, tonight it paid $333.
You need to win 4 the next draw to be above even (+$57).
At that point you have spent $302 (151 numbers twice) and won $26 + (a possible) $333 (total of $359).

If that fails, the third draw you have spent $453 and a 4 ball win will only recoup about 3/4 your total investment.

On the bright side, you could win the jackpot. So it depends on how deep your pockets are and how big a risk you are willing to take.
