I have been using a Position wheel for 5/36 and 5/39 Draws.
My Filters put the Numbers in Each Position. The Wheel combines all of the Numbers by position, Weeds out all of the invalid combinations (Double digits, and Blanks), sorts the numbers from left to right to produce the unique list of combinations. For the Example there are 297 Combinations.

I then apply an Odd/Even + LMH + Repeat Count to Each Valid Combination for a Final Reduction to get down to a Playable Number of Sets.
It took me about a month to get this to work Correctly but it seems to be doing the Job.
I am not ready to share the wheel at the moment because it is a Part of a Giant File and will take some work to make it stand alone.
I will not post it, but I would be glad to help anyone privately to develop your Own Wheel.
