Now something just don't look right here.I mean come on tax paying citizens look at the closeness of the two numbers now?That is to much of the same number, don't ya think.Whoever is controlling the numbers are doing some slick under handed crap downtown Atlanta!! Think about how done other lottery states have caught individuals cheating the lottery games!Now don't think Ga.is an exception, because desparate people will do desparate things when it comes to to money!!

Lottery drawings are random and from time to time they can appear to be not so random. What you are seeing is 100% normal. Search around and you will find several instances from various states that produce the same or similar results as you describe.

I would suggest that if you REALLY believe your state lottery drawing was rigged, you would be better served contacting your state lottery district office and let them know your concerns. Make sure you have some solid evidence of said rigging as well. I'm afraid that the cup of evidence you posted here will not hold water.

That is interesting though what advantage would there be to someone rigging the numbers that way?

According to GA Lottery:
"There are stringent security measures in place to ensure the integrity and randomness of the drawings. Our security department and an independent auditing firm attend and monitor each step in the drawing process. Each lottery machine and ballset used go through a series of pre-drawing tests to certify the integrity of the process. In addition, the entire process is videotaped."

"Drawings are televised live on WSB-TV, Channel 2 in Atlanta; WJBF-TV, Channel 6 in Augusta; WRBL-TV, Channel 3 in Columbus; WMAZ-TV, Channel 13 in Macon; and WSAV-TV, Channel 3 in Savannah. "

Of course lottery is rigged to ensure less played numbers win and more money for the states

so try to think different like playing numbers which others aren’t playing

Fun fact: If a state has one pick 3 drawing and one pick 4 drawing per day, the probability that the pick 4 combo contains the digits of the pick 3 combo in the same order (plus another digit in some position) is 37/10000, or about 1 in 270.

But your state has three pick 3 drawings and three pick 4 drawings daily, so the odds of this happening are roughly nine times better, like around 1 in 30. (It's not exact because you have to analyze edge cases where the same pick 4 combo covers two different pick 3 combos, so don't quote me.) If you go through the history you'll find it's not so rare. In fact, on Nov 5 the morning pick 3 was 422 and the evening pick 4 was 4522. On October 3 the morning pick 3 was 068 and the evening pick 4 was 0688. I'm sure you could get lost in the data for days if you were really obsessed.

So, like the others said, this is not a sign that the lottery is rigged, but all well within the realm of possibility.

For fun I ran a simulation of 10,000,000 days of Georgia drawings and the frequency is more like 1 in 45 that at least one of the pick 3 combos is contained in at least one of the pick 4 combos. Who'd a thunk it?

Been there, done that..!!.. Apparently I'm NOT the only one who suspects hanky panky in Downtown Atlanta's Lottery Headquarters...although, I have paperwork to back it up.. it's why , I keep saying

"Math doesn't lie, because it can't"...

Years ago, I contacted the State's Attorney General's Office about similar complaints, based upon the Math's suggestion of tampering...

I received what I considered a most insulting response to one's intellect from an elected Official..

The Office's reply to me was that... "They called the Ga Lottery and voiced my concerns,.. blah, blah .. etc"... Whaaaat?...!! , so that says that, If I were to, for example, squeal on a neighborhood house selling crack cocaine.. the stupid morons would call the house first, to ASK them are they selling crack cocaine, BEFORE investigating my claim?.. Duuhhh..!!

I wonder, what did they think they'd say?...

"aah, yea.. We're riggin the Lottery"...of course not...criminals may be sometimes impracticably overambitious, but they aren't dumb..!, at least they don't seem to be quite as naive as some Elected Officials here..! IMO

I am curious though, exactly what planet do you live on?

Our home galaxy, the Milky Way, has a four million solar mass black hole located at its center, about 27,000 light years from Earth.

You specify your location as 700 light years from the center of the Milky Way. You seem to fall 26,300 light years short of planet Earth!!
