"We will win big. I just know it!"
From your lips to God's ears!!!! (Or from this thread to God's ears)
Thanks to everyone for the vote of confidence. When I lived in upstate New York, twice per month a lottery publication used to appear in gas stations and convenience stores along with all of the other various newspapers they sell. I used to pick up a copy of it every time it came out and I eventually subscribed to it for a year or two. It contained columns written by professional journalists (one of them wrote a column as "Mr Lotto" which appeared weekly in The New York Daily News) that had played the lottery for years, and let me tell ya, those columns were excellent. Those writers were some of the smartest lottery players anywhere. Sadly a year or so ago after more than 30 years of being published (and educating the general public about playing the lottery smartly) "Lotto News" went out of business and disappeared from news stands.
Convenience store owners used to tell me that their customers would snap up copies of Lotto News as soon as it arrived, and that it always sold out very quickly. It was then that I realized that I could do basically the same thing as Lotto News was doing by posting what I knew about playing online lottery games via The Lottery Post. Little did I know/appreciate that many players were just like me and had a huge thirst for info on how to play smartly.
I used to correspond frequently via email with the editor of Lotto News and one day he surprised me by asking me to fill in for one of their regular columnists which I agreed to do. I ended up writing about a half dozen "guest columns" in Lotto News. Due to the positive response to my guest columns that the editor had received, he offered me a job to write a regular Lotto News column about MegaMillions and PowerBall. Because of personal circumstances related to both mine and my wife's health, a job for me with Lotto News as a regular columnist couldn't and didn't happen.
The editor told me that Lotto News' circulation numbers were a closely guarded secret, but he did tell me that the publication was available on news stands within the boundaries of The entire State of New York and that "millions of people are aware of our publication". I had no idea that the columns I had written had the potential to be seen/read by so many people.
All of the above is sort of the reason why I write what I write here. I sincerely hope somebody reading this thread wins a jackpot. I don't expect nor do I want anything from anybody should they win big. It sure would be thrilling for me personally if somebody here does win a lot of money. Best of luck to all. Your friend - G5
