I would like to share with the forum participants the results of my observations of the mega million lottery draws.
After analyzing the results of the Mega Million lottery for more than 10 years, a strange tendency was noticed from the point of view of probability theory (Theory of probabilities is a branch of mathematics that studies random events, random variables, their properties and operations on them).
Some numbers appear much less often, as if they ignore the laws of probability theory; for several numbers, a large variance of the random variable is observed. This cannot be the case, unless there is a factor of external influence.
It is almost impossible to force a particular number to play, but to knock out of the drawing, reduce the probability of one or more numbers being triggered down to zero is quite realistic, modern technologies allow solving more complex problems.
The results I have obtained at this stage do not allow us to make an unambiguous conclusion whether or not there is a factor of external influence, not a sufficient number of random events (drawings) have been accumulated yet, and nevertheless, the revealed tendency generates doubt and even suspicion. In the Theory of Probabilities, there is such a rule - the accuracy of the calculations is directly proportional to the number of random events (drawings), the more there are, the more likely it is to confirm or refute the suspicion of external influence. And vice versa, in order to hide the traces of external influences, you can, for example, simply change the rules (which, by the way, has already been done more than once), zeroing the number of random events.
I am not going to draw any conclusions now, perhaps I did not take into account something in my calculations. In this regard, I would like to address the forum participants with a request. Perhaps among you there are people professionally engaged in mathematics and even better familiar with the theory of probability. If there is such a person, I ask him to conduct his own analysis of the results of the mega million lottery draws for as long as possible period of time, for the normal distribution of random events (Gaussian-Laplace distribution). And after that, comparing the results, it will be possible to draw certain conclusions. It's all. thank.
