I know what you mean. Years ago when I was first starting I saw that they were using one # from each of the two prior drawings. They had been doing it for like 8 months when I caught on to it. I started tracking it and was making up all kinds of charts to try and figure it out. A month later it completely stopped. It was like they literally flipped a switch, it was that quick. Ever since then, it made me wonder about how they do things.
This is HOW we stay a step ahead of them! By sharing info. Glad I was not the only one to see it. Gonna add 539 !!

Maryland drew a straight Date workup hit today. Yay! Here is the REF:

Is Maryland a state where Date workup hits cluster or not? The answer is, back in 2019 when I started investigating, Date workup hits were falling in clusters in Maryland. Since February of 2020, no more, not at all, none! I just updated the chart I use to track this workup in Maryland and whatever happened in February 2020, Maryland shifted into a mode where straight Date workup hits stopped clustering a few days apart and now they don't seem to cluster at all. It's puzzling. This is why I watch this stuff pretty closely, because these things seem to be able to shift gears and behave entirely differently and that appears to be what's happened here. I sympathize because it looks like the same thing may be happening in Virginia.
Be that as it may, I am still going to include the Date workup chart for the rest of July, but I sure wouldn't put any money on these things clustering like they used to.
