Can you give me an overview of what exactly this tool is about. Is it just a big wheel engine or more. It looks like one big scroll of many different ways to wheel and pick digits or pairs or combos. It seems very overkill from all the filters it has. Do yo think all these filters to wheel are needed? some even overlap.
very nice of you to do this tool and give it away at no charge. Can i ask why are you not charging for your efforts to help out others?

Writing a length reply as many might have similar questions
What is this tool about?
We can re-phrase this question as
Are there any Pick N tools with same features, look and feel? Especially that can work with 1 or 2 < tool capability > 3 or 4 or 5 digits or more.
Are there any freely available wheels for Pick games up to Pick 10(can't wheel full - check the maximum count in posts)?
No such free tool to my knowledge - ended up writing one.
There are 2 sections in this Pick N Wheel tool.
draw data tab - you can enter your draws and look at the data in a searchable data table. If you have your draws in CSV, you can use it here. You can run some statistics and see the frequency and last skip (not full-blown skip/hit - that's already been noted as a feature and worked on).
Wheel tab - A full wheel where you can choose various filters. This includes draw history-based filters too.
The help material bundled within the tool is outdated. But go through these threads and posts. Every feature is outlined and explained in detail as part of each release.
For each user, it's their own liking and they will have a set of filters they would be interested in. Please track and use the filters that fits you or that you track or like more than others. The top navigation has buttons to jump to the section you like. Filters always overlap because handling a pair is more of 2 digits at a time, combo is more of n digits at a time. They all have numeric characteristics - digit, sum, difference, etc., At the end, they end up as filtered combos to play.
There is a need for these filters from tool perspective but from a user's perspective pick the ones you like and focus on them.
Big Scroll : In future releases, accordions/tabs will be provided to help navigate fast.
Reason it's free:
Give back to the community where lot of people contribute ideas freely(Or concepts that have existed for long time).
Lottery is random. And it takes time for people to understand that at the end it's all luck + intuition + betting strategy + trends tracking + timed play of short term trends; Tracking/wheeling/filtering are more time-consuming things.
Put a tool in the hands of people who are not programmers.
There are many free contributors who are already part of this LP community and have given far more robust applications, excels, mini utilities/tools, algorithms, macros, etc., and made them freely available.
I have a job which pays for my daily needs and I don't have a need or urge to earn money from these tools. I don't have plans to write lottery software as full-time work. This is just a hobby for me.
I gave free small tools free earlier too - not many might see them helpful but few do. I have helped few people with their ideas - all free.
This tool or any free tool, can bring in more discussion and give rise to new tracking or method or system.
About the tools/applications released so far:
You can use it wherever you want and do whatever you want to do with it.
These run-on browsers.
They can be hosted or just used standalone.
There are no malwares or any such thing in them (use Wireshark/fiddler or other tools and check what Internet calls/requests these tools place when used).
Use the Google drive links that I provide. Do not rely on other sources.
Proprietary code is obfuscated. Everything else is kept open – any libraries, API etc., are given as such.
All code release so far are copy left and I don't take any responsibility for any hardware or software or other damages (even MS Windows agreement states so).
As a user of the tool, provide feedback with defects, bugs, enhancements or feature needs that are good to have.
Every programmer will have more tools/applications in their arsenal than the ones shared.

It's great that you are giving the tool away for free. It's the joy it brings you behind the creation of it that maters to you it seems and that you can help others without monetary gain. That is for sure a rare trait in this world today. You remind me of the gentleman that wrote the program Blender for 3d animation and refuses to monetize it to anyone or company even though he could make millions off of it.Yes there are others that have given tools to help out individual that can't program at the L P but with this tool because of the vast amount it seems to cover, you may have just topped them all.
Thanks for all the explanations i will check the tool out use it on my phone and provide some feed back.

My two coins. Can users of this pick and wheel be able to change any background colors from a standard color wheel to any color they choose if original colors and text clash?
Is it possible to collapse whole grids down from lets say 50 cell height like in excel to a 5 cell height only, to collapse or hide certain grids you may not want to view? or resize it back to it's original fixed size if one wanted?

BTW on phone/tablet - it works only on Opera browser. Since it uses javascript, browsers don't allow them to be accessed with file protocol(Firefox used to work but doesn't anymore). To open it on Opera Browser on you Samsung mobile, use this information : https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/337636/6701427
And on Desktops and Laptops, I tested this on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera browsers.
Extract the zip file content to a folder and open the HTML file using browser.
One way to always access this tool from mobile browsers is to host it on a server or hosting space and then use it. Remember that the stored data is all in your browser and even if you host outside, nothing will be stored on the server. "I have plans to add some statistics with BYOD(Bring your own draw) style statisticsand minor filtering using the draws."
will this work just for one state or more states by selection from the user?
It's already there. And it will work for any state as long as you paste the draws in the format mentioned in the post in this same thread.
M,D,E,N is the draw order - If people need more identifiers, We can add later or change orders.
And your state might have just one or some or all of these.
e.g., 08/31/2021,2,3,E
is one way to enter data. The date formats can be 08/31/2021 or 31/08/2021 or 2021/08/31 or 2021/31/08. It also supports changing the separator using the text field for separator. So you can use any separator other than , and enter the date as even 09-31-2021 by setting separator as - .
The draws are to be manually entered as of now. Once We add the existing pending list of features, We can add the ability to store these(similar to the wheel configurations).

Themes idea is good but can be one of the future features.
All colors for the main application are rendered from the CSS files:
The data tables and others use specific theme. If it's just one or two colors, you can play around and change them(make sure work on a copy so that next time when a new release comes up, you can change those values alone). If you are aware of HTML/CSS, you can inspect the element and then find the correct css style and modify it. This might be a lot for someone without programming knowledge.
You can use https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ Open source editor and edit the CSS files. It highlights CSS files and lets you choose colors.
There is a linear view/Grid view already present which can set the view port good for mobile devices.
For collapsing large grids, I will try to include accordion style collapse/expand. I will not this down and We can implement it in the next few releases.

Again, another lengthy post but worth reading
GROUPS TRACKING/FILTERING
Different groups with equal digits in them (2x group - 5 unique non overlapping digits in each) are similar to Even-Odd and one won't be more advantageous or disadvantageous than the other (in long run – may be in short past draw lookup it might). Each digit in 0-9 has an expected occurrence of 100 times per 1000 draws in each position (positional digit's mathematical expectation for pick 3) setting the math average skip at 10 for each digit. When you combine all 3 positions and track, expected occurrence for each digit is 300 in 1000 draws for pick 3 with a math average skip of 3.69. Over the period when We look at draw history (and check specific periods), numbers/digits 0-9 exceed it or average around it or go lower than it or go completely missing. There are different terminologies for these using frequency of occurrence and how much due they are. They all infer the same.
Anyone can run all 1000 draws(P3)/10000 draws(P4) through their statistics tool as a draw game and see the math averages - except returns and few others.
When numbers are kept in groups and tracked as groups, the overly Hot/Cold digits get trapped inside the grouping. Groups themselves have mathematical expected times and groups can go hot or cold similar to digits. That's when the combo patterns - boxed and straight come handy (to filter) - needs the corresponding statistics in draw data and statistics tab (will be added in future releases).
With a statistics sheet/program/application, you can decide:
What happened in the past drawing/a shorter period is going to happen again: I will eliminate the cold group and add the hot group in my play.
What happened in the past drawing/a shorter period is not going to happen and something is going to change: I will eliminate the hot group and add the cold group in my play.
This would fit digits, pairs, combos, sums, pair sums, pair widths, line width, digits grouping, pairs grouping, combo patterns, etc.,
It all depends on what group you prefer to track.
A user can prefer a single way of tracking digit groups but a good tool should provide all possible group filters.
GROUPS PREFERENCES:
No, they don't overlap (I mean not within their own set they don't). Group 1 and Group 2 in a Grouping will have common items in another Grouping.
Curve: 0, 3, 6, 8, 9
Line: 1, 2, 4, 5, 7
Trough: 0, 1, 8, 9
Spike: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Prime: 2, 3, 5, 7 (0 and 1 are neither prime nor composite; so, track as prime non-prime and not prime - composite;)
non-Prime: 0, 1, 4, 6, 8, 9
There are equal groups and unequal groups:
e.g.,
LH: Low High, EO: Even Odd, CL: Curved line, IO: In Out - are equal groups
TS: Trough Spike, P-NP: Prime – Non-Prime, LMH: Low Middle High, OCS: Open Closed Straight are unequal groups
As long as the group has one digit different, it's not redundant - It can be called as SIMILAR but they are not SAME.
I, as a user of this tool prefer equal groups. Others might prefer different set of groups. Again, it all comes down to the user’s choice.
“Deselect” might never be used. A tool is not for a single person, it should have the ability to cater everyone's need.May be more options can be added to the tool as sort of user preference to eliminate some tracking altogether that's shown on screen with select/deselect sections.
I will take a note of it and do something when I get time.

hello thami, keep up the good work, do too, the analysis of the digital trail around where the last draw in the patterns passes, find some good basic filters and use the veen graph to avoid conflict in the filters (the conflict takes away the good bets) avoid conflict in the filters use the veen graph, in the frequency filter
you can do by position by position using 45% 5 digits. 38% 3 digits and cold the cold are the last in the list 2 digits can be represented by letters = a,b,c then 5.3,2
the list is from the most drawn to the least drawn
in each position 0 to 9 we will have three 3 sectors per position 27 combinations in 100% of 1000 in pick3. aaa, aab......... ccc = 27 formations at 100%
the ccc groups that are cold, cold and cold happens very little now yyy, or hot hot and hot
happens often, see this stat

Deselect: I mentioned that De-select as button is used by many people (It is the exclusion filter criteria). Ability to hide certain sections is different and Yes that has to be done at some point.
Yes, you are correct about 40/60 vs 50/50 splits - equal vs unequal grouping.
