Except few known riggings that were identified and caught, there are no other generalized common rigging done in all world lotteries(more of conspiracy until proven). Draw machine drawn or computer drawn - both have been rigged in the past.

The odds are helping lottery organizations beat us.

Hope someone from LP will win tonight's Powerball Jackpot.

Who knows, out of so many LP users one of us might bet on right filters, strategies, numbers, etc., and hit a million or the Jackpot.

Garyo, even though the all series number 1,2,3,4,5 - 6 is rare, it's also part of the combos set.Atleast one off the world lotteries will/might pull this white ball series and red ball series of last white ball.

If that happens roday, LO watching and manipulating might be true LOL

Been almost 11 years since Chip explained where the money goes in Kentucky and over 10 years since his last post. That doesn't prove someone in several state or provincial lotteries isn't "watching" every day, but if they are what exactly are they looking for?

If I were to guess on the thing they're looking, it would be in every lottery game with fixed payoffs where players can make self picks. Let's say you create a system that consistently matches three PB and/or MM numbers with an occasional four number match and maybe a rare five number match. The three and four number wins would go unnoticed because they are under $600, but a couple five number matches (without the bonus number) would create investigation especially if you were using a website like LP to predict before the drawings.

Most states have aggregate playoffs for multiple five number matches and if you don't want to split the jackpot multiple ways, might reconsider sharing the system. Won't say it's impossible just very highly unlikely there is a jackpot winning MM or PB system, but state lotteries take their cut off top so if there was a concern it would be with jackpots never reaching $100 million or like I said before, paying off large secondary prizes. There were 18 lotteries with less than a $1 million in sales for the Saturday PB drawing. Vermont had $90,000 in sales and Wyoming had $70,000; bet the last thing directors in those states wanted to see was someone matching five numbers.

LP's "top predictors" has similar data of what a state lottery might expect to see. For instance the top pick-3 predictor did pretty well in the last three days, but is there cause for concern noticing the same pick-3 number was predicted 43 times in every state?

Thank you for clarification. I remembered I won and claimed the prize. But now when I go to the lottery retailer the people there take up the lottery booth table and stare at me as if I am not aware of them watching me. This is almost everyday this happens.

I hear that if you have the slips analyzed you'll find out that they contain bamboo.

Also, once you handle one you become magnetized, and keys will stick to you. Even though the vast majority of keys are made of brass.

Finding out that rcbbuckeye had to press a button for printing a single QP ticket 50 times in order to print 50 individual tickets for a customer, OTOH, is an example of something that would be useful to a business that wants it to be easy to buy their product.

Some might be JUST a little hung up on playslips. The vast majority of sales that I've done so far have been QP's straight from the terminal. All the playslips we have are just gathering dust.

For those of you who live outside the Greater New York/ New Jersey area you're probably not aware of a phenomenon that occurs every September 11th (in our little corner of the USA) and that is the locking out of the number 911 @ some determined point by the LO's. They will only allow so many 3 digit combinations to be played to prevent huge payouts should that number be drawn.

Sometimes it's extremely difficult if not practically impossible to get people to disregard the smoke and mirrors. Instead, they seem to enjoy the ride down the proverbial Garden Path....... helpless to extricate themselves from being totally deceived by known forces in their midst who would argue that they have come here for the sole purpose of helping people. These forces would also argue that they have a winning MIRACLE system; that is, until asked to post numbers before the drawing !

That's the thing...

During Pre test, change of machines or ball sets on a particular day gets called out if the picked numbers repeat certain number of times and some more criteria - depending on state lottery rules(I read this in some past LP thread/post).

For an RNG it would be as easy as the operator clicking the button one or more times to let the QRNG/Atmospheric noise based RNG, laser quantum detectors, lava lamp as source, etc., give out different number.(they may also have same testing strategy or just click 4 or 5 times to see whether the random generator is working as expected or throwing all 333, 777,999 out. Not that 3x triples aren't possible in the games(atleast in one natural true random trend), these are rare but not impossible cases.

They go after just pre-test drawn numbers and quality of machine & balls and don't compare the number drawn before it(actual numbers the day before). From this, they are not trying to throw off trends but that happens indirectly as part of test draws.

If we track statistics and whatever number/numbers appeared during test draws as short trend single hits or double hits are out of picture and still wait out and become extreme cold. Or a trending hot number would get drawn 2x or 3x and go off into a different cold streak or so.

Running random number of sets for a matrix and comparing statistics of various combination/number features, the real draws would look identical to random game.

Again read here that the winning numbers shown to us are winners - that's all. So We will track them and play happily.

Here is where the 1/5 of matrix numbers sets to wheel are good wheel candidates. Also holding on to number sets for few days also makes sense instead of changing numbers every day.
