Yeah, we all have to start somewhere. I encourage creating your own strategies as opposed to being given a strategy because you really discover why for what you are doing. Even to join the league you have to put in work over time. Most people give up when the work is long, hard and especially, when they don't see progress happening. But winning on a regular basis is process that can't be rushed. The majority will quit before they see progress because it isn't coming fast enough for them. Don't be one of those people.
I'll tell you now that you'll gain the most confidence from seeing the results of a strategy that you've rigorously tested over long periods of time.
I tell everyone because it's so true for me, that when my Logical mind understands and agrees with Intuitive mind that's when I make the best decisions that lead to winning on a regular basis.
Let your intuitive mind make observations and find patterns for your logical mind to test the helll out of. Basing your decisions on your strategy's performance results over time is what separates gamblers from investors. The mentality is different which is why gamblers are expected to lose more they gain over compared to investors who gain more they lose over time. I can't stress enough to backtest your azz off BEFORE you play your own strategy and analyze the performance results of predictors BEFORE you play their forecasts. That's one of the reasons why I created the Predictor's League. We verify all wins and losses here. There is no hiding. We all see and count for ourselves. All this pushes us to step our game up because want to improve and win just like we want to help others improve and win.
It's great to get help when it's available and people are willing to help but you need to already have your mind made up that you are going to master the game regardless of if you have help or not. That motivation has to already be in you. So all the extra insight and wisdom that you gain from other sources becomes a bonus.
Get to know the game.
I'm not just speaking to you, I'm talking to all those who are reading this right now that are into strategy development like I am so this just flows out me.
Yall can see from my previous posts over the years that it took me years to get down to predicting just 10 combos.
I started predicting in May of 2009, struggling and broke as helll. I don't start my 10 combo thread until this year Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 15th Edition. I tend to only make a new edition when I've found a way to reduce the number of combos. Just thinking about it now. Feel me when I say you must be obsessed with improvement. I wanted to give up so many times but seeing progress over time kept me going. I became convinced that I can improve. Gaining insight from backtesting became d@mn near a lifestyle.
There is basic information that is good for all predictors to know.
1. The Lowest Statistical Average (LSA) = The LSA basically means when a classification (pairs, positions, digits, etc..) are expected to be drawn.
I didn't even know how the mathematical formula to calculate the LSA until JimJWright explained it to me back in 2021. I've been predicting since May of 2009. I already knew what the LSA was because I bought software (shown in the pics below) that showed me the LSA but didn't give me the formula. So I had to learn the LSA of everything fo each classification on my own using the software.
Here's the link to the formula to calculate the LSA: JimJWright explains how to calculate the LSA
Here's the formula to calculate the LSA for a single pair: (1000 - 54) / 54 = 17.5185
The formula explained.
There are 1,000 possible exact order combos in the pick 3 game.
Some people are more visual learners so let me find a pic real quick.
{This is what the previous 17 drawings in Tx look like as of 4/16}
There are 45 any/box order single pairs (01, 56, 09, etc..) and there 10 any/box order double pairs (00, 88, 99).
If you upgrade your lottery post membership then you can use the pick 3 wheel generator to see the that a pair like 01 generates 54 exact order combos.
So in the formula (1000 - 54) / 54 = 17.5185, subtract 54 from 1000 = 946 then divide 946 by 54 which = 17.5185
So single pairs are expected to be drawn once/1x every 17 drawings. 2x every 34 drawings.
If you predict pairs then you need to know this information.
There are 27 sums.
If you predict sum then should familiarize yourself with the LSA of each Sum.
Believe me, I know it's a lot of information to soak and most people hate doing homework. However if you want to master the game putting in work to learn, test and practice your strategies is apart of the process that can possibly take years to gain the insight, understanding, and wisdom.
This is the work that the 99% will not do. The long, hard, boring shyt.
I need to so I can get ready for the evening drawings.
But yeah hopefully this helps someone get a better of the work that goes on behind the scenes. Some predictors may make it look easy to predict but I guaranteed predictin' aint easy. However it is very worth it to master a strategy.
The only difference between gambling and investing is that gamblers are expected to lose more money than they gain.
Investors are expected to gain more money than they lose.
If we use your ability to predict the lottery to consistently win more than you lose over long periods of time then what are we?
Ultimately, in the Predictor's League we are lottery investors. You can't even join the League until you win 25 times in a row.
Winning 25 times in a row is really just a start. Shiiid we really need to be testing our strategies thousands of times.
Use your intuition to observe a pattern and then use your logic while testing a strategy to make it make it make sense to you.
Test that strategy an initial 25 times. If you can't even win 25 consecutive times then there's a high chance your strategy sucks and you just need to keep making improvements until your accuracy rate improves enough to win at least 25 times in a row. Then work work on winning 50 times in row. Then on to 100 times and so on.
Yall are going to learn to stop trying to win on the very next drawing. I'll start out developing a new strategy to win within >100 drawings, then down to 50 drawings, then down to <25 drawings.
Here's a few quick nuggets before I go.
Give your strategy a grade before you play it.
I say test your strategy an initial 25 times and if it passes then test it 100 times to give it a grade just like in school. How many times out of 100 tests can your strategy win.
It's hard for to trust playing another predictors combos that are not in the League because It's difficult to verify their track record. Forget talking. I need to see evidence of your performance over time.
Know the Hit Record of your strategy.
The Hit Record is the number of drawings it takes for your strategies to always win.
Do your best strategy always win within 25 drawings? If so, then see if you can pass Level 1 and join the League.
The One Hit Record = The number of drawings it takes to win 1 time
The Two Hit Record = The number of drawings it takes to win 2 times. Simple right?
You can get to know your Two, Three, Four or Hit record but at least know the One Hit record if nothing else.
You are not going to be as precise as you should be without knowing basic stats like the Hit Record of all of your strategies.
This is what we are here to do.
Learn, practice, and pass on what we know so we can help as many people as posible to not need help. I don't want people dependent on me for combos. I want you to learn a strategy so you can make your own money on your own and pass on what you know.
