You can still use the true random sources - they are just http end points. ANU random doesn't even need credentials. But they do detect DOS attacks or too many requests.  It's wise to use them as seed source or cache random bits and use the bits from cache.

For my personal use the limitations don't affect at all. Either people can buy true random generator(based on various internal sources - laser, atmospheric noise, photon detection, nuclear decay measurements, etc.,).

You can try to port some of the needed algorithms to PHP(Should be available already in code snippets sharing forums).

My tools:

IDE: Eclipse

Version control: Git(local repository - filesystem store)

Not all APIs are bad. It depends on who is providing it. With open-source licenses and other non restrictive licenses you are free to view the code and decide. I mostly prefer existing non restrictive(license based) APIs and sometimes purchase softwares and needed products

Since many users use excel to share here, I slowly started outputting to excel and now I also use it to a certain level.

Good Luck

If I by hazard launch to many requests when coding, the connection shuts down and I get an automatic phone call. After that I can restart all and all works.

I'm not sure that I want to put my source code on a foreign hosting server. My php code alone for the wheeler is something if I see those prices of lotwin to sl and other. You can obfuscate but basically no code belongs on servers that you do not own, dixit.

I don't use GIT, wouldn't know what to do with it, and I heard the words: "Don't".

By seeing your charts, your level is still low, not talking Git or knowledge.

Excel and Word are software that pretty much everybody bought and runs on Windows. If you don't like Excel there is Google with online spreadsheets. There you can also code your functions but the sheet is smaller. It suits for bookkeeping for small bizz'. A friend uses it. (...) Excel sheets are tables, that is what you can use for this. Using plain text is not ideal, and that is what SL used. So you change to usable fonts.

If the colors or pictures won't post anymore, then you still can paste the html tags in <>.

I am not sharing all of what I have. When a topic comes up, I discuss with people who work on it.

Excel is more of just one of the presentation layers that I use. I know both HTML frontends and Java Swing UI. I own multiple copies of excel in multiple devices.

I didn't ask you to upload anywhere, I asked you to store it locally. For php you can use Zend obfuscation and host on one of your "European" EU restrictions based server. No one asks to host on US servers or so. At times you deviate away and start showing up as though you have best charts and tools.  No one cares and if you win its your winning and you could be selling memberships and tools. It's your wish.

I can challenge and code many charts and have them handy in a specified  time. I am doing things in my free time and just enjoying it.

I have a minimal budget and use only one device. I don't use my android and the laptop has to be repaired. No money for that.

I find Excel more handy than coding that needs compiling. But when Windows, Excel and VBA fail to do right, then it becomes hell.

Yes, nobody cares about my tools and people jump on what is for free.

Same for the leftist reactions and display of afro's even on hosting login pages. A reason to pick another service, but with low budget?
        Now we're in politics and EU-budgeting ... .

My tools often came out good, won 4/5's in simulations here, had a 5/5 with 20 lines, that I would have posted under predictions but the limit is 10 lines.
That doesn't matter, the real cash won counts. I could do more but would have to study coding with more depth or seriously.
Swing also has limits, just like browsers have limits and you aren't save from updates.

I don't know if things work better in the USA. You don't have the keyboard problem and your point is a point, not a comma.
On the other side I heard that our updates for this or that on occasions were better. In the past updates came later. ...

Swing UI + Java code would be best for cross platform implementation as JAR will work fine on all OSes - Windows, Linux and Mac - as long as no OS specific features are used.  Next to PHP/HTML, I prefer Swing based Java UI application development for cross platform usage.  You can obfuscate Java code too.

PHP HTML/JS/CSS application with Zend Guard can be combined to develop web applications sources that can't be stolen by others(encrypted code is stored on server and code is handled by Zend's engine).

                  How do you.play these colors

                  Hello

                  Hi,

These are random numbers generated for various games. The generator doesn't take past draw/result history into consideration. It's all pseudo random numbers with random seed from image files(seed is random everytime).

Please be aware that these are random sets. There is no guarantee on how many will match. These will serve as random samples from the whole set of possible combinations.

If you play just few sets on a day, you can choose few from these using a key number or favorite number or lucky number or some hot/cold or so.

I will generate some for Georgia number set.

                  Good Luck
