  Here's a frequency chart from the 19th to 20th draw. This is a running draw count from July, 2019. I think I uploaded this picture in September of 2021. This is the rolling cash five lottery in Ohio. Let's look at number one. One is a 1 count. How many times each number hit is the top row. The 39 numbers are the second row. All the 1 counts will have highlighted 2 count below. Look down the 1 column and see that it's had 170 chances to turn from a 1 count to a 2 count. This has occurred 15 times. This is an average of 11.3 draws. A 9% hit rate. Scroll over to the right and see the average is 7.7 draws or 13%. 1 is the worst number hitting from a 1 count to 2 count. There are numbers that hit at a much higher rate within 20 draw running count. 11 and 36 are the highest hitting numbers at 17 and 22%. In fact, 36 hit last night..36 had climbed over a 5 draw average. Not on this sheet but last nights sheet 36 was a 1 count and finally hit.

  ok, cmoore50 great job of tracking the frequency, so you notice that we have to take into account the size of the lottery its frequency cycle, hot numbers (which are most often drawn) are still being drawn in the next draws, but we have the point of balance each lottery has its point
  the point of balance is the cycle of each number, point, finding the bias of this number due to the frequency is essential, along with lagging numbers
