Are you talking about this Mexican 5/28 draw game https://www.pronosticos.gob.mx/Chispazo/Chispazo ? Not a lot of Mexican members of LP, I doubt many are familiar enough with Chispazo to give you tips.

Yes friend I am from Mexico and foreign lotteries are very difficult that is why I play the lotteries with more chances of winning it is better to win some money than nothing

It is not in the lottery games on LP for outside of the USA.

There is no worldwide lotterynet to play or get the results, payouts etc.

There is no feefree online play for foreign countries. They want your pesos.

so let's look at odds and even from past results from the url and downloaded the Chispazo.csv and

odds with odd and even

ran some test and found if you want to get:

2 numbers hits

1,3,18,20,23 found 2: 1646 times in past results

6,7,14,15,21 found 2 : 1669 times in past results

8,15,17,18,19 found 2: 1697 times in past results

so the odds are good gets only 2 numbers using the above numbers

3 numbers hits

1,7,8,10,23 found 3: 250 times in past results
5,8,9,10,25 found3: 252 times in past results
1,5,10,12,21 found3: 278 times in past results

4 numbers hits

1,2,5,12,13 found 4: 24 times in past results

7,9,11,14,22 found 4: 24 times in past results
5,10,12,19,23 found 4: 25 times in past results
6,15,19,21,24 , found 4: 25 times in past results
