As a non English speaker, how are you defining dynamic and static?

When something is dynamic it's active, energetic, changing.
When something is static it's stationary, immovable.

So we don't know what you read, where you read it, or who told you what. How are you using the terms, where did you get them, and who defined them?

Just because someone gives lottery stuff a name doesn't mean it's ubiquitous.

How about this for a start.

A Static Filter is something about a Number that does not change. Odd or Even is an example.

A Dynamic filter can change something about a Number after a Draw. Frequencies and Skips are examples.

Now can you be a little more specific? Or, is this Topic going to roll down the page for a year , only to be asked again after a suitable rest. Cordially again for sure.

hell allen thanks for answering the post, this is what the forum is for, debating knowing that lotteries are random, but discovering a weak point
in them, like rotating patterns in your cycle etc...
good filtration makes a lot of difference,

Whatever we call it there are passive/constant/static numbers and patterns in the game.
And whatever we call it there are dynamic/active/variable draws that determine winners.

Okay, so we have a definition of the game. But I'm not seeing the corollary where one can filter in a winning combination.

(Something to think about while I go ride my horse in Red Dead Redemption 2.......or not. Maybe I'll just go moose hunting and forget it)
