  you will see that i missed other setups

  that passed by in California.

  On one of them that i missed

  i was suppose to buy more tickets.

  i saw extra clues but i messed up.

  My job schedule was in the way.

  This strategy works about 90% of the time.

  Sometimes the whole number comes out and sometimes just the pair.

  I will show players how to look for the third digit.

  I will be using California first as example.

  Ive only checked some states for this strategy.

  This strategy is for Pick 3 only.

  The state must have a Pick 4 in order for this strategy to work.

  So this pattern is the same as "Matrix Z".

  So now we will use Super Matrix Z in Pick 4

  to get our numbers for Pick 3.

  You are looking for two identical digits slanted either way

  on the edges only  / or \ .

  So a player is not recording all surrounding numbers.

  A player will zig and zag getting the numbers LoL.
