garyo, if you get the 1st digit of pick3 right you're in, if you get the 1st number of a pick5 right you're in, if you get the 1st filter configuration right in doubles you're in, the objective is to get the 1st filter setting right for the other party of the filter duo is a consequence.

The problem is the odds against getting the 1st digit right are always 9:1. At the minimum, we must bet $5 to win $20 and only "IF WE GET THE 1ST DIGIT RIGHT"

He had a hard day's night working like a dog counting poppy seeds. Or testing them.

Has to be something like that when he starts a thread about regression and flips it to if we take a group of combinations we can use filters.

Par for the course though. Every single post he writes gets flipped to filters. He's obsessed with filters.

To address this problem, we used a linear regression model to analyze the historical data of the filter performance, which included variables such as filter width, lottery type, number of tickets, and prize amount. We then calculated the confidence intervals for the estimated coefficients of the model at a 95% significance level, which gave us the range of values that contain the true effect of each variable on the filter performance with a high degree of certainty. Based on these results, we were able to determine the minimum and maximum width of each lottery filter that would maximize the expected return and minimize the risk.

Expectations aren't guarantees. And when you're dealing with a range it means you aren't identifying a singular. With even/odd you have 1 to 5 even and 1 to 5 odd. Say you can get your 95%, you still have to identify the actual numbers as well as too many other variables

Then even if you could pinpoint everything to 95%, you still need the actual numbers, or you end up playing an enormous number of sets. Not many people have that much cash to throw around

And when you do you are relying on the random draw to continue in a line pattern as your historical data suggests it will.

Suggestions are not guarantees either.

I want something real, not a best guesstimate idea, but a workable solution without canned hype on what it could do.

When you serve the chalupa make it a supreme.

Am not sure how to get the width of the 1st filter.

However, I think a good place to start would be with a measuring tape 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I believe winning the lottery jackpot is a 💯 % factor of luck.

G, none of my quote is real!!

Since the good doc thought AI could help, I thought I'd appease him and asked an AI to write me a paragraph (real or not) on "how to determine the min & max width of each lottery filter" and that is what it came up with.

In the end, lotteries are random. Nothing is gonna change that. All we can do is come up with and apply filters to assist in picking numbers or reducing combinations but in the end, it is always gonna be guesswork.
