  i'm trying to decide if i should become a lottery conspiracy theorist. it seems like a lot more fun than believing the lottery is just random.

  I hear ya Broccoli......Gotta stay with random and watch the unique ideas arise...Does make for some great entertainment, from time to time. Especially the sneaky ones.

  You should become the kind who believes there is a pattern. They definitely seem to have more fun. The kind who think the lottery is out to scam them are miserable, and addicted to boot. (Because why would they keep playing games that are rigged against them?)

  My point exactly. Someone who believes the lottery draws are rigged, then goes out and buys a ticket is quite stupid.

  It actually means they don't really believe it's rigged, they just feel the the need to blame someone else for their failures.

  Look at the odds for any jackpot game....that tells you all you need to know about your chances to win a jackpot.

  Of course the lottery is rigged! It's always been rigged.

  Even when gangsters ran the lottery it was rigged, yet millions of people played the lottery.

  I remember before the government got involved with the lottery, people had to call the number man to find out what the winning numbers were. Still don't know how the winning numbers were picked to this day!
