Okay this will be a long one . This is how I do Inpsect 3 there are a couple ways, but for me this is fastest.

Go to top of page where it says RESULTS

Scroll down to Daily numbers game.

Scroll of course to Wisconsin. click on it there will be blue letters Pick the pick3

Scroll to Inspect past results ( I always choose 14 days and I inspect Mid and Eve together, ) play around until you get what you like.

First I see you LLL is under average digits 0-4 123 401 etc.

Your missing sums are 1-2-3-5-6-8-11-12-13-18-22-23-25-27

And WOW sums 11-12-13-18 are in the middle of the bell curve, there are 15 numbers when boxed will give you sum 13

12-13-14-15 those 4 sums alone make up for 60 of the 220 boxed numbers. If you take all 1000 numbers and box them you only have 220 numbers to choose from.

When they start to fall, you should have abundance, I am shocked to see those sums missing.

Root sums, 2-4-9-3 Under average,

Root sum 2 = are sums 2 11 20 keep in mind missing sums 2 and 11

Root sum 4 -sums 4 13 22 missing sums 13 22

Root sum 9- sums 9 18 27 missing sums 18 27

Root sum 3 sums 3 12 21 missing sums 3 and 12

I ignore last sum digit. up to you.

Key numbers from hottest to coldest 9-8-7-6-5-2-1-4-3-0

you have 17 singles and 11 doubles from the last 28 draws.

The missing pairs are 01-02 -03 -04 -13-15-24-25-27-33-34-38-47-57-58

The most overdue pairs in order are 57 33 25 58 47 40

Here is how I piece together numbers for my state, you follow your gut and do it your way.

You are most familiar with Wisconsin drops, I am with Michigan

I am going to concentrate on the meat of the bell curve numbers 11-12-13

for sum 11 with most overdue pairs I like 507-517 335 336 337-254 255 256 and 508 407 417 427 These 12 numbers would be my top picks

Numbers with 9-8-7 would be on my radar they are the hottest

Now here's a oh crap , I see your 0 is the coldest digit, your pairs 01-02-03 04 with missing sums 1-2-3-5-6-8 that's a lot of numbers to choose from . 203 104 204 002 001 044 003 when 0 starts showing just maybe

My favorites would be 507 517 256 508 and 407 417 427

I do inspect 3 every 3 or 4 days.
