  What are you doing:

  1. If you were the borrower / winner? And the person you borrowed it from told you, "Oh don't worry about it, just give me it back if I need something." and they had no idea what you were using it for.

  I honestly thought this was going to be something like,"Do you owe the person who loaned you the money a huge cut of your winnings? Or just the money they loaned you back?" Your post is a good question though. As the Winner I would like that our Friendship is so strong that the borrower just wants their money back if they ever need something.

  First of all, I would NEVER borrow money to play lotto!!

   

  If you do borrow money to play lotto, then you have a serious gambling problem and need help.

  Psh, I borrow money all the time and pay it back.
  It helps build relationships and trust.

  but I was thinking, what if she knew what I was using it for? Knowing her, I knew what her response would be, so I didn't tell her. I offered to give her back her dollar the next day, she didn't want it. I said fine, okay. Now if it was a larger sumMm and she knew, "Oh yeah where's my cut!"
  
  Is she entitled to a cut, other than one with a blade? lol.

  What???!!! Are you serious? And suggesting cutting someone with a blade. You are sick. One of the most ridiculous posts I have seen on LP.  A real con artist.

  There is a huge difference between borrowing money for a home or car or business vs bumming money because you are a grifter or deadbeat with a habit.

  Borrowing or bumming a $1 for gambling has zero  connection to building trust. I have never bummed money for gambling and I am in the vast majority.

  I was just $1 short. What's 1$ anyway? I had change at home.
  
  I bought my tickets and just borrowed $1. What's a con artist anyway? I mean considering your name, lol.
  I have a feeling you're one of those types of people who are  used to playing victim in any scenario you can.

    Addicted "victims"  are the ones begging for gambling money. 

  Pride is about working hard, getting a good education and contributing to your community.
