Florida Lottery's weekly sales update posted today is 347335. Subtracting last week's update number of 330394 gives 16941 tickets sold in the past week. That averages only 2420 sold per day for the week. After a total of 117 sales days so far, that averages to 2969 sold per day. There are only five sales days left. They might not even hit 400,000.

Come next Tuesday night around 9PM we'll have a pretty good idea of the total number of tickets that were sold during the sales cycle.

It still doesn't look to me like there has been a big rush to buy tickets. That 2,000 to 3,000 tickets sold per day number just doesn't change. G5

This ISN'T a post about how many tickets have been sold to date, or if there has been a big last minute rush by players to buy a ticket for the raffle. Nope, that's not it at all.

Most players don't realize there's a crummy downside to all raffles, and something not so great is gonna happen to some Millionaire Raffle players on July 2nd.

Suppose you bought ticket number 123456, and either ticket number 123455 or number 123457 wins one of the ten one million dollar prizes!

How ya gonna feel then??? You might find yourself wishing that you had gone into that lottery joint just a couple of minutes sooner than you did, or wishing you had bought your ticket just a minute or two later than you did.....

Just sayin'.... It's definitely gonna happen to some people who bought a Millionaire Raffle ticket. Hope it aint me! G5

I save my peace by not looking at which numbers won. I scan my tickets with the flotto phone app, and it tells me yay or nay. That's all I need to know.

You either match the winning ticket number or you don't. Big deal.

Granted, there are people out there afflicted with "oneawayitis" (two on this board, one from MD and one from GA), but that's their problem for being stupid.

Good luck, GiveFive! With so few tickets sold, are you going to buy more? I'm shocked that the FL lottery wrote the raffle rules they way they did. Big player's advantage.

This exact thing happened to me in interim drawing two. Not gonna lie, I did have a brief (redacted) moment, but it didn't last, because it was based on emotional thinking/faulty logic. I didn't bother to post about it because it was a non-event. They are going to draw a total of around 7500 interim prizes, so that means around 15,000 0ne-off tickets.

Ticket 03587xx bought around 12:30 today. They'll have to sell a little over 20,000 today and tomorrow to hit 400,000.

I'm surprised they are selling that low. I thought they would hit at least 500k but I guess either people don't know, don't care or have stopped playing altogether given how crummy the new top prizes have been the past few years. I am one and done with my ticket. I hope I win at least one thing on this last drawing. I won once on the very first raffle for $500.

It's none of my business, but how much $$ did your "one-off" ticket number prevent you from winning in interim drawing number two?

If you missed $100,000 or even $10,000 by having a ticket number that was a one-off, then I can understand your frustration. If it was a one-off that kept you from winning $100, well then, if it was me, I'd say to myself "Oh well. At least I can still win a million bucks."

It's that one-off that keeps me from winning a million bucks that I'm not interested in knowing what that feels like! Could be up to twenty players that might find out what that feels like. G5

Just bought ticket 3685XX. Timestamp on it is 20.59.46

Only needs less than 500 to be sold to get to 369000. Cant see it going too much higher than that. G5

3689xx at 10 pm. About 100 sold in the 15 mins prior to me buying mine, because a neighbor got a ticket that's a 100-ish lesser number than mine and he got it a quarter to ten.

I don't know if they're selling until midnight or what. I got mine when the grocery store was closing. The gas station by me is kind of sketch so I didn't want to go there for something closer to midnight.

All Lottery offices are closed from July 2nd to July 6th. How they will do the drawings ? I always have doubts on Florida Lottery aunthencity, especially only able to sell 370000 tickets. Not even Breakeven. I bought 6K raffles tickets in 2016. Guess what I won? 0.00. And Florida Lottery only announced 3 top prize winners out of 7. Still no public record of other 4.
